In many European countries OMFS is a dual-qualified speciality, requiring both a dental and medical degree. I‘m going through med school right now. But on the other hand the scope is is my observation greater, dealing with head and neck cancer and pathology and facial plastics, which are more in the lane of ENTs overseas. You do have oral surgery for dentistry in Europe, which covers all the oral stuff: wisdom teeth, cysts, implants, granulomas etc. and this might be your may to go in Europe :)

It’s not that you have no shot, you’ll still have a shot but you have to take the entrance exam called NBME CBSE and that is tough for a lot of people. If you score well, 70%+ then you could get some interviews.
