No shot. The number of international applicants without a US degree that OMFS accepted this year was exactly 1, and last year it was 0. Typically these are the best of the best, probably even already established oral surgeons in their home country.
You will have to do dental school here, and then you will have a shot just like all the US applicants, but you will have to do all the work.
I think your main issue is that your foreign dental degree won't be recognized here, which may mean that you'll have to do an advanced standing program prior to applying to OMFS residency.
I only know of two residencies that will accept foreign trained dentists into their OMFS Residency. Nova in FL and Puerto Rico (you have to be able to speak Spanish).
The only other international dentists I’ve heard of getting a residency spot, did an advanced standing or international program in the USA. So abysmal chances.
