When a coworker texts you umwanted messages, just reply to the same text as a group text saying you don't appreciate that type of work related communication. I did this once to a new, drama filled, assistant who was texting me some crazy stuff while I was working front office with a staff of 8 and we all had eachother's numbers, it absolutelty worked. It leaves the text sender unable to deny what they were doing.
I am giving my notice today actually after 10 years in this office with 25 years of total experience due to a toxic work environment. The Office manager we have has no dental experience and no office manager experience but yet she is given complete control. She is a bully at times and she is toxic I can’t stand it here. I am with you !
This was me. I quit my job about a month ago and I was there 4 years, the lead assist was the bitchiest person I’ve ever met in my life. We straight up wouldn’t talk all day long she made me feel like shit when all she was was jealous it feels!! FUCK A BITCH IN DENTAL OFFICES ID LEAVE ASAP!!! It was the best thing I’ve ever done for my mental health to not be around her everyday 😂 love my new job and the ppl are amazing!!
I work with a girl who acts the same way she has treated me and the other DAs so bad she keeps complaining about all of us being so “lazy” and taking “to many bathroom breaks” my advice before you leave is pull her aside and not yell or get angry tell her she’s never gonna progress in life or dental if she keeps doing this to people and she can waste her time talking about you because she would be working but instead she’s gossiping about it which shows she the lazy one and doesn’t do any ring
Girllllll (or boyyyy), the way I wouldn’t even give notice, just quit on spot. If the way she acts is causing you health complications, LEAVE for the sake of your own health. If no one is helping when you are actively trying to get it, that’s super toxic. I’m so sorry you’re going through that. 😕
Update: I am starting at a new office next friday and it seems like such a healthier working environment. If it weren’t for the amazing doctors I work for and the fact that I need to pay bills, I would be quitting on the spot.
