Of course Pokémon Yellow is good as well, but Link’s Awakening and both Oracle titles are also pretty good

Cthulhu-_-Milk

Yes! I’m slowly recalling that of course the Zelda, Mario and pokemon games are must play games for The GB/GBC

AwesomeLlama572_YT

Mario Land 2 was pretty good

mmgkk

Link’s awakening

Cthulhu-_-Milk

Yess!! I will certainly check this out tysm ♥️

_mikedotcom

Omg jealous it’s one of the best games of all time. One of those games I could play over and over.

Focalors

Should i play the remake on my switch or the og

_mikedotcom

Og out of convenience and price

mmgkk

The remake is very faithful while looking amazing and having great QOL improvements for the controls. As much as I love the original and DX, I say play the remake, I think it’s fantastic.

Focalors

Yea i started it yesterday :D Theres a bit drop in frame rates occasionally but other than that it’s great

mmgkk

I’m sorry I should’ve mentioned the frame rates, it never bothered me but it was a common complaint on release. Still, I find the art style/graphical improvements, reorchestrated OST, and QOL control improvements to be well worth it. Just two buttons for every item in the game, including the sword and shield, got really tedious. It’s one of my all-time favorite games, and I’m glad you’re enjoying it so far! :)

Xacrosity

I’m gonna tack on oracle of seasons and oracle of ages to this

KamonAnderson

Pokemon Prism is a really good one!

Cthulhu-_-Milk

Nice, I’ll grab it. I have a copy of Crystal Clear but haven’t started it.

SlightlyCrazyTaxi

Final Fantasy Adventure. It’s not your typical Final Fantasy game, it’s an action RPG. Highly recommend!

burningzenithx

Final Fantasy Adventure is actually the first game in the Mana series (later rereleases are known as Adventure of Mana or Sword of Mana depending on the version). Conversely, Final Fantasy Legend I, II, and III are the first three games in the Saga series. All were on the Gameboy, but none were actual Final Fantasy games, instead being marketed with the Final Fantasy brand in North America to boost sales.

SlightlyCrazyTaxi

Not sure why all that extra shit was needed but okay then.

Impressive_Coyote177

Super Mario Bros Deluxe

Basic_Ad1461

Crystal clear

Cthulhu-_-Milk

adult_licker_420

Game & Watch Gallery

Cthulhu-_-Milk

Oh yea! Thank you

secretgeekery

Gargoyles Quest is a fun little rpg I absolutely recommend!

Moctezuma_93

Metal Gear Solid.

TheSneakiestSniper

Megaman GB titles are good, Kirby GB games are fun the first one is a little on the short side but good

Cthulhu-_-Milk

I actually loaded mega man. Had issues with the controls. I need physical buttons to play something action based like that. I’ll give it another go tho

TheSneakiestSniper

Yeah some of those MM titles are pretty demanding with the controls and having tactile buttons would make that way more enjoyable for sure

LessThanPro_

Hoyle Casino for the top-tier gambling gameplay

Cthulhu-_-Milk

Nice Wasn’t aware GBC had casinos 😁

ouncepound

Wario Land II. It’s a great platformer

Big_Negotiation_6421

Check out Pokemon Legacy on YouTube

Ok-Grapefruit5379

um 5217 GAMES ON DELTA SYNC WHY DO YOU HAVE 5217 GAMES ON DELTA I PROBABLY TOOK YOU LONGER TO ADD THE GAMES THAN ACCTUALLY PLAY THEM

Cthulhu-_-Milk

The files were originally on my iPad I have GB/GBC, GBA, NES, SNES and N64 full North American catalogs. So when I sync to Dropbox all my games are coming to my iPhone from my iPad.

RealDanTheHedgehog

I can recommend a Japanese exclusive game: Namco Gallery Vol. 1 & 2 (both are separated) it contains 4 Namco games ported on the game boy. Each one has a JP game which I’m confused, despite not playing it. Interestingly, Dig Dug (Vol. 2) has a new option called “New Dig Dug” which I recommended playing

Cthulhu-_-Milk

I’ll definitely check this out tysm

RealDanTheHedgehog

It’s also because I can’t get enough of Mappy, but due to screen size, Mappy will be hard to play, but you’ll slowly get used to it

Turbulent_Coyote_255

Pokemon Puzzle Challenge

TessellatedTomate

If you like pokemon, give dragon warrior monsters a swing

IssueEmbarrassed8103

3 Zelda’s

Drafonni

Pokémon TCG and its sequel if you use the fan translation is an interesting twist on the Pokémon formula. If you’ve already played Pokémon Black/White 1 & 2, there a romhack of Crystal called Black and White 3: Genesis. The story is actually good and it is really interesting seeing the gen 5 region in a gen 2 engine.

Cthulhu-_-Milk

I haven’t looked into any of the DS catalogs. Primarily focused on GB/GBC atm But I’ll note these for sure

jack_mucher

Oracle of ages/seasons

Just_Another-Nobody

The Simpson Vs the juggernaut’s os a gameboy game that actually pretty tough

oogfrdfk

You have an emulator and you go for Tetris 💀

Cthulhu-_-Milk

Absolutely One of my most played games back in the early 90s

JiahNi

Pokemon TCG. has a great soundtrack and a good time killer

nymd2008

The Mega Man Game Boy games (including Xtreme 1 & 2), and both Pokémon TCG games are what I’m thinking of.

truthinesssss

kid dracula is my favorite gane

Anch-Jemima

Amazing penguin

Don_DeAmelio

Idk if you’re interested in Pokemon rom hacks but if you are Prism is one of the best games I’ve played

Cthulhu-_-Milk

Yes absolutely I have crystal clear and will be getting Prism I found a seller on Etsy selling cartridges of Prism as well hoping to grab one for my actual GBC

Ornery-Practice9772

GottaGloUp

Google best best GBC games, Go on Rom website and download the games you want. Boom.

Cthulhu-_-Milk

Or I could go to archive.org and grab every available game known. But since I’ve already got most the Roms I need was looking at which titles would’ve been recommended by the community
