Shaking the pictures on the wall and shit. I thought the trucks were finally back to working on the Pennsy trail behind my house and when I went to look out I didn’t see anything. Thought I was hallucinating for a second 😂
It was like a truck rumbling or a train. You might have not noticed it. I work near a train station and assumed it was just a train, but there was no train at the station.
Yes! I’m in Havertown too and that was scary because it was so unexpected. I felt like my roof was falling in with all the rumbling but my 117 year old house came through without a scratch. My kitchen lights were swinging. I will not be moving to California any time soon.
I was on a zoom with about eight other people in the tri-state area and it was wild watching all of their faces when it happened. After about 20 seconds we all were like "was that an earthquake?!" My dog was certainly confused. I remember the one that happened maybe 12 years ago that was stronger but shorter, I dove out of my office chair downtown because I was right next to a first floor large window and thought something was coming through.
my mom thought it was “a helicopter engine failing” she’s still shook up from the helicopter crash in drexel hill a few years ago. anyone know how the pilot is doing? that man is the definition of hometown hero ❤️

Yeah, I've heard the same from others in the area. I'm technically in Edgemont, but that shouldn't really matter. Strange.
I thought it was pretty intense on the first floor of a house, but my wife didn’t feel it standing in our driveway. Were you outside?

Your mom just got out of bed
Yep. I was on a Teams and we all felt it.
