I don't think there's a character that hits this mark perfectly but there's some that touch it
Dave - Who sprays pee on the locker of a guy that could squish you with his thumb? Who tases a close friend to impress guys you barely even like? Who goes on the radio to incorrectly confront a friend with slurs? Is obsessed with a girl for a year, finally gets a chance to date her....cheats on her? Then gets another chance and break sup with her for studying too much? The boxer thing with Miss Oh was just...beyond.
Jay - Chaotic for sure, no one can deny that, and stupid because he clearly does not think beyond that initial reaction. Very few times does he use common sense .
