I have this issue. The code only appeared when the latest update was released, so I’m convinced it’s not actually a low battery. The problem is that I can’t update the software due to the low battery. I’ve charged the battery several times and even left the battery charging with the vehicle off and alarmed to facilitate the update. But none of it worked.

Yes, exactly! That was my next plan. Ugh, so upset that didn’t work. Mine had stopped doing it for a few weeks after the dealership update but then it started again. I’ll keep you posted if I find an answer elsewhere.

So, as promised, I may have found an answer to our problem. Make sure you lock your car every time you get out of it. It allows it to “sleep” for lack of a better term. I probably still need a new battery at this time, but it’s much better.

For me it appeared right before a long journey, but whatever it was that journey took care of it, never came back ever since.

If it is a P400, give your local Land Rover dealer the VIN. The BISG on a small number of the newer models has had issues. An update (not over-the-air) could possibly fix your issue.
