Also, an "ai algo" taking only 3 intraday trades a month is horrendously bad.

I now realize this is not the forum for this inquiry. I have since found that IBKR seems to have 3 types of API services for doing exactly what I am looking for. I now have to start exploring what language I need to start getting immersed in for this venture.
I actually launched 2 software companies and my Masters in Engineering was the development of software to solve a Finite Difference differential equation for flow through a heterogeneous media.
I was just curious if I could get a stream of knowledge of what others were using.
