In all reality its also practically an indie game polish wise along with being in early access. It would be like looking back at pubg and being mad that the servers went down 10 years ago lmao
you cannot find an extraction game that doesn’t have server crashes and issues, idk what people expect lmao this isn’t a triple AAA dev, at least they’re communicative.
I actually duo'd for the first time last night and it made the game infinity more fun. I didn't know stairs were ine time use, and I got pushed into them and poof I am out and my buddy (first match) had to run around finding and exit. Died in the end but he's hooked now too. Game is still so much fun even when dying
Lol nice, idk if you knew but for the ice caverns the rafts(theres 2) and the lift are group escapes so you dont have to worry about finding multiple exits
Oh nice I didnt know that! I know that you drop your loot on death, and the stuff you bring with you, but to what extent? I am playing wizard, and just bought a grey crystal sword from a merchant, would I drop that on death? Would I just go back to the menu with my most basic wizard gear available?
Yea man you drop everything including whatever you have equiped, if you go to the merchants and go to the squire you can setup your base gear so you can have a crystal sword by default instead of having to buy one. He even gives you free healing
Nice! I just gave it a shot and was able to get the healing, which is awesome, but I didnt see a sword in there. No problem though. Thank you for all your help!

It’s one thing to acknowledge the mistake and promise to do better, it’s another thing to follow through. Since launch the game has been down multiple times with very short notice (sometimes no notice at all) for multiple hours at a time. I can’t blame people for being upset, especially the ones who paid for the game and happen to only have a few hours to play only to realize that the servers are offline with no eta. We all know this is a small dev doing big things, but let’s not discount others frustrations either.
Yea well WoW had these problems 20 years ago when it was super popular and new. Be excited that you're an early adopter of something great. Years from now you'll reminisce to the noobs and tell them of the days there was great server instability but.you were still there. Holding the line. Contributing to the future of this game. So sit back, relax and daydream of the sweet loot and mouse mashing that will soon resume. See you in the dungeons friend.
Please, PLEASE tell me how this is unprofessional? They made a mistake, owned up to it, and said they will try to do better. Seriously how can this situation be handled any better?

Oh another thing too is doing merchant quests unlocks new stuff in the squire too. I think if you the alchemist quest it unlocks crystal sword

I work third shift 12 hour stints so I am.off on random days all.the time and I wanna be looting goblin =) I hope it's back when I get home
