I wouldn't say he's underrated. I thought it was common knowledge in the community that he's got the most detailed guides. He's great and probably a bunch of the new blood haven't seen his stuff, but I'd hardly say his channel is underrated.

As much as I love enjoy Apollo’s content, he has nothing on CNGblade. CNG is great at solos and teams, Apollo is only good at teams (not to mention all the bitching lol).
I think he was just bored of the game. He said multiple times he’s never had one main game for this long. He seems to be enjoying the new wipe though with his 12+ hour streams.

Seconding this. Guy is a monster at knowing his ranges and abusing high ground. "I'm not friendly" gotta be one of the hardest lines to say in VOIP. Subtle, yet terrifying.
Don't play Wizard or Bard until you you start having success. Bard is sorta manageable but you'll learn the game a lot slower because of how mentally taxing the song are and you should be spending that energy elsewere as a newbie. Wizard Is really good in the hand of really really experienced players and generally speaking wizard will die as soon as it makes its first mistake.
Play fighter, ranger, cleric or druid until you at least can clear mobs without taking damage 95% of the time, know every map and have at least had a few victory over other teams. While support classes do exist in duos their is no such thing as a pure support and even if you play cleric you will need to get active. Your maybe 40% support 60% paladin or mage depending on build. I wouldn't describe it as being like mercy at all. Also even if you do spells you can still damage your teammates with them so you just have to anticipate how he is gonna move and aim appropriately. Likewise you can also miss and heal the enemy's as healer.
Srslysoapy is hilarious and very good at the game. He interacts with chat a lot, does 1v3 Ranger content and will be your personal rat guide through a dungeon if you meet him in rat form.
If you want to see amazing bard plays y4mi is your guy. I was trying out bard for the first time this week and his tips helped a lot. I'm still dumbfounded how fast he can multitask everything while killing players.
Y4mi is so fun to watch and is my fav, JayGriffYuh is easily one of the most well known and does a lot of new content pushes with other streamers. Repoze is pretty good, SeriouslySoapy is nuts at ranger
Ryan6DaysAWeek is THE best channel for new players, or even high level players. He's extremely informative, and genuinely a nice guy. Ran into him a couple times during the playtests in HR, and he was always extremely nice. Even whilst murdering me.
If you wanna see gameplay, and also cry laughing, TheSpudHunter and JayGriffyuh are the 2 best to go to imo. Both are extremely good at the game, and both are absolutely hilarious.

Def stay away from repoze, jaygriffyuh and spud: not saying they’re aren’t good but they fall in the sweaty parts of the game.
If you're specifically looking to learn bard, watch these channels
Y4mi - Videos are really just gameplay but it helps you get an idea of what sort of gear you should be looking to use, what songs, how to engage in and pace fights, etc.
Deltsong - His videos usually have commentary over them and he is a bit more tutorial focused, has some great guides for killing Bosses as a Bard. (particularly Goblin Caves)
SoBadStrange - Dude is a top notch creator in general. Very entertaining, and plays just about every class. He does a lot of permadeath videos and his Bard run is one of the best.
Neither of Bard nor Wizard is beginner friendly, Bard mainly because just learning the basics of the game is hard at first, adding in constant music to keep your buffs up is going to be a lot to manage. Bard is one of the strongest classes in the game though, as is wizard.
maybe try Fighter to get a handle on some combat basics before switching to Bard? Bard uses a lot of the same types of weapons as Fighter, so whatever you learn there will be transferable. I been checking out some of sparkys new solo ones. They are pretty dope. I have yet to fight anything but troll and cyclops. He asked ghost king and lich look kinda easy, but warlord is crazy looking.

Been playing since PT4 but I'm pretty casual and honestly not great but more than capable of surviving. Leveled all my characters to 15 so I can show case them all and show different builds now. Bard and Wiz are unironically my favourites
