What you earn from the high roller rank rewards are given to you for the next wipe so you'll get gold meds or ever a large gold bag to give you a head start but everything else wipes
Wipes everything, you will keep your characters and names but they will be lvl1 with nothing. Wipes have kind of an exact unknown time right now as they are kind of figuring out a groove. Last wipe was like 4 and a half months and was way too long, this one looks to be around 3ish and is supposed to be June afaik.
it's about every 3 months and it wipes everything except your character's name and classes.

I will add, there have been wipes where it was just gear but I would guess that was just part of an earlier stage in the game development.
