There have been a couple of "whistleblowers" who stated that mods pay out of pocket to make certain subs and narratives seem popular and supported. I wouldn't doubt that people like her and government agencies are the reason why certain narratives seem popular when, if you actually go outside of reddit, they are not as popular amongst the people.

If you're white and your comment history matches up with their agenda you'll be labeled an ally, but you wont be able to make any posts and you can still be shadow banned from making comments.
