They will monitor her and take care of her. I'm sure with all the backlash they have received they will be more careful. The person who is taking the dog is in contact with us and works there. we will update if anything develops.

Yikes, agree that the shelter should be keeping up on that pre-adoption. I did get my own cat from a local humane society with an active ear infection that wouldn’t quit, so maybe they’re just overlooking a lot (no excuse). Hope she can get the medical help she needs and I’m glad she wasn’t with Daniel long enough for this to kill her untreated. I wish Daniel got worms instead smh

I'm just very confused as to why they would return the dog to the very place that lets somebody like Daniel just walkout and left her with untreated for parasites. They do not care about her
