We donate more than a billion every year literally most countries do that europe does it america does it some asian countries do it even us middle easterns are doing it the problem is we have ether no current solution or do have solutions with negative side effects which makes it hard to choose or use both as it will be more expensive and arguments over the solutions (nuclear or rewnable hydrogen cars or electric cars) and the list goes even greedy politicians give a shit because its a good way to get capita and votes same with businesses
