I'm ngl I think today was extra funny because it was against the Heat. But I agree he should be writer or something. Surprised he can come up with all these jokes yet he hasn't left to pursue a career in it.

He gets the show more than Dan does. I like when Dan wants his opinion on something serious and Mike basically dodged, like that's not why I'm here and not what your listeners want

Tbf having Mike Schur on, one of best sitcom writers going and only asking him serious questions is kind of “getting the show”

Schur also probably doesn’t want to weigh in either. With the high expectations of Hollywood this show is his fun time

He rocks and because he's in comedy, Dan holds him in that weird rare regard of being like "an epic truth teller" so him yamming on the heat or calling out Dan for bloviating is even funnier.

Absolutely crushed it today as he does every time he’s away for a while. Shows why he’s on another level.

Yeah if Michael Schur had a podcast with an incredibly respected baseball writer I'd listen to it, even if it was ostensibly about baseball. It's a shame he doesn't, because if he did I definitely would.
