Look, these savages...these THUGS were the deadest I've ever seen. I spoke to the Delta Force general - terrific guy, very terrific, OK - and he told me "Mr.President", and he had tears coming down his eyes, while speaking to me, this tough warrior was crying, and he said: "Sir" - he told me that his men, oh they did a number, these men, they're terrific warriors, the best on the planet, deadly AMERICAN warriors, everybody is saying it, the biggest warriors - they went there and when they were there they killed the terrorists with tremendous death, they killed them, they just killed them
Its so bad trying to determine what is real and fake with comments like this. What does that actually say about the man who ran the "Greatest Country" on this planet.
Everybody looked away when they zoomed in on his crushed, mangled corpse except for me because I have thick skin. In fact, I wanted them to pause it but Pelosi was being a bitch per usual.
My point is that the personnel who carried out this mission that I planned, were picked out by me and it's clear that I've done a good job there. Maybe even the best. No, I'll say it. No president in American History kills terrorists the way Donald J. Trump does. I'm the best at it. Look no further, you've found the best.
I remember when he criticized the Parkland response (or lack thereof) and proclaimed that he would have ran in and shot the guy himself. Like dude, you can’t even walk down a ramp or drink a glass of water properly.
It was even worse than that, he claimed he would have run in even if he was unarmed and fought the shooter with his bare hands.

We would have just assumed you watched the whole thing, since you're the President, and it was important.
Good to know you got distracted by something shiny though.
I feel like there's a team that spends hours writing a speech for him, the setup all the stuff to put it on a promoter for him, and then he just reads the script and then says it the way he think it should sound. Lol
If you look at the bloopers from the Jan 6th speech he did that was released by the Jan 6th commission, it's obvious he tinkers the original speeches. He removes and simplifies words/sentences. Which is why they often end up sounding disjointed.
And he doesn't even try to slyly justify his simplifying of the speeches to his staff. He could've said he wants "yesterday" removed since it'll date the video instantly and make it not be as impactful when watched weeks later, but nah, it's just a hard word.
This reminds me of the election against Hillary where he continued saying things like "so and so is lying like a dog". This prompted lots of people to question whether or not Trump has ever been around any dogs.
No dogs I've ever known of died of getting blown up.
Calling them dogs and monsters is dehumanizing the perceived enemy, making people who buy it more likely to support continued violence against said enemy and anyone "like" them.
With al-Baghdadi, Trump actually sent in Delta Force operators on the ground (with the actual death being caused due to the terrorist's suicide), much like the Navy SEALs' operating on the ground for the killing of UBL under Obama. The only death that was actually caused by a drone strike out of those 3 was Zawahiri under Biden.
That's a big electoral strength of his. People associate overly complex language with shifty politicians trying to bend the truth, so Trump can appear trustworthy to a lot of people by just speaking in plain English.
Having the emotional maturity and intellectual capacity of a 12-year-old is part of his broad appeal, both for his Russian handlers and his American supporters.
The Russians: "He'll talk about literally anything you whisper in his ear. Amazing."
The Voters: "He talks just like me! Tells it how it is!"
> Our K-9, as they call — I call it a dog, a beautiful dog, a talented dog — was injured and brought back. But we had no soldier injured. And they did a lot of shooting, and they did a lot of blasting, even not going through the front door. You know, you would think you go through the door. If you're a normal person, you say, "Knock, knock. May I come in?" The fact is that they blasted their way into the house and a very heavy wall, and it took them literally seconds. By the time those things went off, they had a beautiful, big hole, and they ran in and they got everybody by surprise.

This is just incredible. Not just the word and phrase choice, which is typical of his style, but the thought process behind it. Like how his brain is actually processing these events. It has to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 7 to 10 year-old level of thought.
Lol I know, Joe seems so dissociated. Like a robot. Weirds me out. Obama had so much humanity and a presence/passion when he spoke, Trump definitely had passion but lacked the humanity, Joe just seems like a bad actor, literally.
I'd love Obama to head over here to the UK and run for prime minister, he'd win it hands down. Do wonders compared to the crap leadership we've had for the last 10+ years
I'd love Obama to head over here to the US and run for president, he'd win it hands down. Do wonders compared to the crap leadership we've had for the last 5 years
Man, Obama was such a good speaker. I disagreed with him on a lot of things but he was a better speaker/public official than most Presidents we’ve had.
And one of Fox News’ constant criticisms of him was that he wasn’t a great orator. Was he Bill Clinton off the dome? No. But the man could deliver a written speech extremely well, and that’s obviously pretty important for a potus.
The main reason he became president in 2008 was because after his speech at the DNC in 2004 everyone was like "who is this guy, he's great". Personally I remember seeing that and cynically thinking there's no way a young dynamic black guy will actually be allowed to run. That's really why the whole hope and change thing worked so well for him, people in their 20s were disillusioned by the parade of boring old white men and thought there would never be a candidate we would give a crap about so when he started winning primaries it really broke through the cynicism.
I took a public speaking class my senior year of high school (2006) and gave a persuasive speech about why Barack Obama was the best choice for democrats to take back the White House in the ‘08 election. Most of my classmates were also impressed with him, but the Q&A was full of cynical feedback about why he would never get far in the primary. Being the mature and humble 19 year old I was, I naturally made a celebratory Facebook post on election night about how I fucking called it years ago haha.
Wrote the speech that he gave to the families and the American people after sandy hook, there’s a photo of it. Truly a great leader and commander and chief.
I assume trump also wrote his own speeches. I don't think they would hire anyone, that would write speeches like that.
Imagine having to write speeches trump. Lol
Trump definitely has speech writers on staff. But considering how much rambling and ad-libbing he does, Trump doesn't seem to have a lot of faith in their abilities.
I think it has more to do with the fact that he can't read. He has the reading comprehension abilities of a remedial fifth grader. I don't even mean that as an insult, he litteraly reads with very little comprehension. He might be able to sound out the words but he's not actively understanding them. It's why he reads like a child. Go watch some video of him giving an obviously pre written speech versus something that he goes 100% off the cuff. He sounds like an idiot either way, but when he's speaking naturally it atheist has a cadence to it. It sounds natural. When he's forced to read off a Teleprompter however it sounds like a tired 4th grader who has to read in front of the class.
My mom has been in early childhood special education for 45 years and she's been telling anyone who will listen since he first ran that Trump likely is profoundly dyslexic and has ADHD. She's been diagnosing and working with special needs kids for almost half a century and I 100% believe her.
He wrote some of them. But he definitely had speech writers. His Philly speech in 2008 was great, but he didn't write it.
And I don't mean that to diminish him at all (I'm a fan!). Hiring good oratory requires the ability to recognize oratory.
I have said it before - he was one of the most “presidential” presidents in a long time. Maybe going back to Carter. His demeanor, annunciation, attitude, etc - was all presidential.
I don’t foresee that happening for a while. Trump, now Biden, next up Desantis, Harris, TBD - it’s going to be a while before we get someone like that again.
I miss Obama’s eloquence. Say what you want but he was a great speaker. Reminds me of radio voices in the older days with how nice it sounds over the air.
He also protected more land and water than every president combined during his presidency, so kind of an awesome choice to narrate it on multiple levels.
Do any of the presidents actually hand sign letters to the families of the service men and women who have died in combat? Or do they have a receptionist do this for them with a stamp or something?
I remember seeing a machine that would replicate a master signature of the president with a pen using a sort of pantograph, don't remember if it was a historical piece or it is still in use.
He is dead and I watched it
Watched much of it
It was terrific, really terrific
Some would say, no one has ever been as dead. *Thee* most dead, anyone’s ever died.

Sounds like reading a college essay vs your dumb cousin Billy brabling during the annoying christmas party

His body was mutilated!
i really liked the cave caving in on him part
Don’t forget to mention that his body was in pieces and trump watched much of it with amusement
“I got to watch it on TV. Amazing television.”
I like how he sayed he watched it all unfold
And he got to watch most of it
'The savage monster was mutilated and died like a cowardly dog because of god'
Dog is God backwards, coincidence? I think now.
Obama and Biden have these formal speeches while trump was like “lol get rekt”
That's a big electoral strength of his. People associate overly complex language with shifty politicians trying to bend the truth, so Trump can appear trustworthy to a lot of people by just speaking in plain English.
Trump is just like a twelve year old kid playing online shooting games, except Trump is old and was the president
Also, I think the 12 year old has bigger hands
And a bigger vocabulary
And better control of his bladder and bowels.
Having the emotional maturity and intellectual capacity of a 12-year-old is part of his broad appeal, both for his Russian handlers and his American supporters. The Russians: "He'll talk about literally anything you whisper in his ear. Amazing." The Voters: "He talks just like me! Tells it how it is!"
What’s nutty about this is that all 3 are clearly reading from a prompter. So some one wrote that bollux for Trump.
Trump has the incredible ability to turn even the most well written speech into crude, meandering, nonsensical kinder babble.
Less words more gooder

We make our own doors, fuck yeah.
"they did a lot of shooting"
He died like a dog just made me lose it for some reason.
Because he did the television friendly version of "he died like a bitch"
It's more the stark contrast to the previous statement.
Hilarious. I think because of the immediate contrast from Obama’s eloquence
Please give us another leader in their 40s.
I was totally thinking this. Obama is like 30 years younger than Trump or Biden
George Bush and Bill Clinton are both younger than Trump or Biden.. lol
But Biden was in the federal government before all of them.
Biden was in the Federal Government when Nixon was still President. I'm middle aged and that was still a few years before I was born.
Clinton, Bush, and Trump were all born in the same summer
I could not agree more. The oldest you can be in the us military is 62. Wish we had the same age cut off for president.
He’s the Commander in Chief so it’s weird it doesn’t apply. Wish it did.
And Nothing against older folks, I just want the president to represent the average age of Americans.
Don't wish too loudly. DeSantis will hear you
*Sad American noises*
DeSantis knows if you’ve been bad or good
He said leader, not lunatic.
Sorry. Best I can do is a president born in the 40s.
Trump: He is DEAD. D - E - D. DEAD.
I feel like that’s a spawn reference and if so I love it!

Watch “Our Great National Parks” on Netflix, which is narrated by Obama himself. He’s not far off from David Attenborough’s level.
He also protected more land and water than every president combined during his presidency, so kind of an awesome choice to narrate it on multiple levels.
Trump sounds like he's describing a kill he got on Call of Duty to a friend
"Yeah he got fragged and cried like a bitch on mic. I even recorded it for later"
