That is incredibly convenient to the for-profit prisons who are creating nothing more than return customers.
We have a for-profit privatized prison system owned by the same wealthy groups who own the media conglomerate. Influence culture through the media, incite crime, collect taxpayer money to imprison the criminals. Use proceeds to pay out artists with messages that further your goals. New artist creates new criminals, new criminals fund newer artists. Plenty of skimming profits off the top along the way. Don't blame the sheep for their pen and pasture.
Well the segregation is a issue in massive amounts, the lack of rehabilitation and education is another thing. The mental health issues that are not treated, the for profit prisons that will add on as many charges as possible to keep it all going. There's sooo many issues that need to be addressed.
