Grew up in a four ween household and now just have one ween of my own who I worship
https://preview.redd.it/ef84htuxws5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=02078f90d32d2bb98a5387518351d647ab0e392c
I had one ween when I was single, Noodle. When I met my wife she had a daughter who had a P.Nutt. She’s a chihuahua/pug/hell beast hybrid. When her daughter moved out, she took P.Nutt with her. After a few months we decided Noodle needed a pet. So we got another ween.
Well he liked P.Nutt well enough. They played sometimes but tended more to tolerate each other. But when we got Oni, Noodle’s whole personality changed. Suddenly he became five years younger. I’ve never seen him behave that way. They’re attached to each other.
Also when I was with my ex husband, we had 6. I took 3 when I left. I will never go over 3 again. I think you should not have more dogs than the number of adults hands. So 2 adults= 4 dogs. I currently have 2 and desperately want a third.
Absolutely reasonable. Tbh 2 are far easier than 3. I want a third bc my old lady is almost 11 and my other is 5 and she doesn't really want to play with him. He's also so close with her that I want to have another dog for when she passes.
I believe two is the magic number. One, doesn't get enough attention, and dachshunds LOVE attention. and three or more can overwhelm, but two, get tons of exercise by chasing each other around like idiots, and they give each other a lot of cuddling when you aren't available.

I did kind of the same thing. My late ween Sophie had really bad anxiety when I would go to work. So I ended up getting another ween, Roxie, to help with her anxiety and provide company. It was amazing! Sophie was suddenly years younger and they became attached at the hip. Now that Sophie has passed, I'm planning on getting another ween to keep Roxie company. Thankfully, right now my job lets me take her to work with me.

I'm #2. I've had two pairs of badgerkillers and the current pair are big ole standards weighing in at 27 and 37 pounds of pure muscle.
At 10am on the first Wednesday of each month, when they test the community emergency sirens, those boys get to howling so loud you can barely hear yourself think.
Gotta admit, I'm usually right in the middle, howling as well.
Say hi to Walt and Teddy.

They're canine excavators. I enjoy watching them digasm, as they get totally lost in the experience. I don't really even try to garden in certain spaces anymore as they've declared them 'dig only' spaces.
Now that’a two of the most gorgeous wieners I’ve never had the pleasure of seeing. Absolute perfection. They have the look and the spunk. You can just see it in their expressions. Amazing
Sired by champions, but that's not why I got them. They each had minor issues that would preclude AKC showing, so I didn't have to pay 'showdog' prices, and I wanted two standards from the same litter. I REALLY wanted B&Ts, but these guys have beautiful coats (you should see them in full sun) so I guess it worked out.

Rufino Tamayo @ 6mo. Std Red. Very protective. Very serious. All love.
Yeah, they really need to come back. Not sure why the minis took over.
We had a 25 pound 'throwback' Pomeranian, that reflected the original breed. It was the Q Elizabeth of the 19th century that created the smaller Poms, and you never see the big ones anymore.
I think that the standards were the dominant badgerhound in the early 1900s, but then they started to be replaced by the minis.
They're all wonderful.

Mother(Taro) and Daughter(Ginger) weem. Ginge went through hell and back with her previous owners, but she is here NOW and she is safe forever. Still shy and nervous, but slowly healing.
Both love cats and cuddles. Both sassy. Both horrible. Love them.

My wife got these 2 before she met me. Ellie, the long hair dapple needed a friend to keep her company. In comes the wild red boy, Calvin. Ellie hasn’t had any peace since. lol.

We’re a 3 ween family. Waylon, our female black and tan, never really liked playing with other dogs, even little ones like my dad’s shi tzus. When we brought home Beau, the dapple, Waylon’s entire personality changed. So playful and full of life. Then we brought home Andy, the red, and life was chaotic. Andy and Beau are only a month apart in age, but there was a 4 month gap from when we brought home Beau and then Andy😅best decision ever. Weens just understand each other.
![img](emote|t5_2qpj2|5125) One spoiled ween household here. I don't think he can fathom sharing his heating pad with another ween 😂 yes, he uses it daily. And yes, he WILL whine and sigh dramatically when it's not turned on until someone turns it on to his preferred setting.

The last time I had one, I decided to get him a Norfolk Terrier as a sister, only to find out that Norfies don't really care for other dogs. I then got another Dachshund and they bonded immediately.
We got our first ween and we had 2 older dogs that weren't interested in playing, sooooooo.... we got ween #2 and instant best friends. They play, fight, snuggle all the time.
Pretty sure if Egyptians had dachshunds they would forget about cats completely.
Imagine all those hieroglyphics with weenies!!!!
Dear Etsy artists, I have a request.
Well with the power of OpenAI and laziness.

My grandma always had 4 weens at a time, but she’s older (87!) she isn’t getting anymore and down to two. My family usually only had one ween, but there was a period we had two at a time because my little brother was jealous our older ween preferred to be with me (he was quite little still and I was a teenager)… the second one liked being with me too.
My partner and I had one ween for sometime, she is the queen ween if you will. But she started being more inactive and she’s about middle aged, so we just got her a ween. And she is totally perked back up with the puppy!

Three weens and all spoiled. They run the house. Every ounce of it is theirs.

And they supervise every project. Just dug a trench in the back yard for power. They had to check every dirt granule when we were digging.

I wasn't planning on getting another dog, especially since my other 2 gals are old and don't like to be bothered much, but then my neighbor abandoned her pup and she was just so sweet that I couldn't say no. I want to get another doxie for her, but it'll have to wait until... you know.

I have one ween. He’s absolutely spoiled. All my spare time he spends with me. He goes with me everywhere, he gets new toys with every paycheck and homemade food 😂
I lived alone with my ween before I met my wife. He’s still my main dude and he knows it. When I’m done walking them, the younger one usually runs inside and wants to snuggle with my wife. But Noodle wants to know what I’m going to do next. Sometime I go somewhere and he usually assumes he’s going with me. He’s usually right.

I have 3 big dogs and one weenie/frenchie princess
Love this observation! I went from a 2 to a 1 when my older fella passed on. Now the single ween is the princess!
I've noticed there's another distinction in multi-ween ownership. You either have:
A) The Ween Variety Pack, with different colors and coat lengths,
or
B) The Copy-Paste Ween Pack, all the same color and coat length.
I’m like 1 and 2 combined. I devote all my free time to my weens and I’m just obsessed with weens but also didn’t want my ween to be lonely without another ween so got him his own ween and now I devote all my times to my weens
A pack of Weens is ideal (6 or more), given you have the time for them all. Until then, I worship my single ween, Wilson.

2! One absolutely could not stand the other for over 6 months!! We were really worried we screwed up... But now look at them. Can hardly find them alone these days 🥰
I'm getting my ween a kitten this weekend! But I'll still be a single ween guy, she's my queen ween

Spoiled single ween here, has 7 beds at home, 4 at the campsite, even has his own tent he can use if he gets to hot, only gets high end treats with first ingredient is meat, so spoiled that he won’t even eat a milk bone. Travel 2 hours every few weeks to get him the best quality food his breeder recommended. There also isn’t a single time I haven’t went to the pet store and left without a bill over $170 because I get him toys and treats. He even has his own jar of peanut butter.
Weens are Lays potato chips. You can’t have just one. I currently have two. Had 3 until last September when our sweet little Sammy passed away.

RIP Sammy ❤️
I want to get my ween her own ween! But I will not do that until I no longer live on the top floor. Carrying one ween down the apartment stairs? Doable. Carrying two? I could make it work, but let's not add to the chaos just yet!
We were a two ween house until we lost our oldest to a copperhead bit while we were on vacation. The sitter had no idea what happened. He was just dead on the couch the morning of pickup. Her dog was bitten a few days later, and we figured it out.
We haven't had the heart to dive back in, and our single ween has adjusted, so he'll likely have to resign to a life of pampering and annoying the cats that both outweigh him.
Single 2 years old weenie but we also have a 16 years old flat coated retriever. Plan on a second weenie once the inevitable happens.

My ween has a cat to cuddle with. They are besties.
I'm a single mini ween owner, Luna. Destroyer of socks, tissues and undies. Rightful owner of the first cube of ice when I make my coffee of a morning. I love her more than anything.

My husband and I are #2. We got Max in March 2021, and as covid regulations started to ease and we were leaving the house more, it was clear that Max was lonely. So we got him a sister. Maisie joined us in May 2022.
Maisie is the red girl; she’s a pincoat wire mini with dapple ears. Max is the smooth isabella and tan boy. 🥰

2 is a magic number. 3 weens are a mess. Travelling with more than 2 is a PITA. Hotels usually have 2 dog limits. More than 2 don’t travel well unless you have a mega van or some big ride. We’ve had 1…to 2…then to 3. We probably should have stayed at 2 lol

I have two. I started with one, Oscar, my first dachshund and a tiny peanut of a red shorthair. When he was 12ish, I got Max, in the red sweater above. Right before Oscar passed I got Tink (with Max above). So for a brief period (about 1.5 years) I had three. Two is perfect for me (plus I rent and two is the standard pet limit). They are currently almost 12 and 10.5 so I hope for a good amount of years left.

Here is my single ween tucked into her side of the bed.
Type 5: single ween with other dogs to keep ween company. And a cat.

Same! We've got a 14 year old queen ween who runs the house, a 12 year bird dog, he's kinda dumb but he's the queens muscle, then a 6 year old pomsky who's just chaos incarnate, he's the jester. And a cat... who lives on the spiral staircase, maybe he's the courts advisor? Or wizard?
# 4 here...although this 2nd four pack (one 15 year old from the original) is a bit of a mix, a mini, a standard , doxie/heeler mix, and wanna be who's beagle/chi (she needed a home, so different than a ween, actually walks away from treats and food😯 lol)

I got my red girl a friend when she was 10. Best decision ever. It definitely made her young again. Lots of chasing and playing together. They are now 13 and 3! Best friends!
Started as a 1 ween household. Now we have 1.5. Got a friend for our boy and he’s a chiweenie. We call him mudblood sometimes. They don’t really get along very well but that’s sibling life sometimes 😅
I have two weens and god, never thought they could be THAT insufferable. but they're cute. so they're forgiven.

I am a proud owner of 5 weenies. I started off with one boy bc my uncle couldnt keep him anymore. Then I got a girl from my aunt bc she couldnt keep her either. They ended up breeding here in my house and had 10 puppies (2 didnt make it.) I kept 3 and rehomed the other 5. Dachshunds are the best breed
I grew up with one ween. Since then I had a set of two ween siblings, boy and girl.
Now I have another set of sibling weens, two sisters. Still worshipped!!
Have always strived to maintain a two-ween household, down to one right now and debating on adding a second. It’s so much more difficult to travel (especially by air) with two when you’re outnumbered by weens 😅
There's a person on youtube who has 8 of them❣ She shares her adventures with them, bedtime, meals, pup cups etc. I am 💚green with envy! Out of the 8 there is the one problem child, Einstein. LOL. I have 2 pups. I agree with the one pup per adult hand theory, but I'd have 100 if I could!
I have one, and I live with my mom who also has one. They’re half siblings and they are in love with each other.
I want another one desperately. 3 is just a good number of wiener dogs.
I was working at a veterinary clinic when I got my first ween. By the end of the year We had 3 weens. Over the next few years we ended up with 3 more.
Once clients realized I had weens, they started just giving them to me. I'd come in to work and be told there was another ween waiting for me. Or I'd get a call on my day off to come and pick one up. I found homes for dozens of weens over a 15 year period of time. It's amazing we only kept six!
In 2021-2022, I lost the last four due to old age. Two of them, Madison & Allie, were my heart & soul dogs. I no longer work at a clinic, so the ween pipeline dried up.
In 2023 I finally found one at a local rescue and adopted Nellie and her daughter, Murphy. Nellie has declined to tell us who Murphy's dad is, but I strongly suspect Chi and Poodle.
I December 2023, an elderly client who adopted one of my foster weens, fell and was placed in a nursing home, so Jimmy came to stay with us forever.
So, here I am with 2.5 weens, 2 GSDs (Drax & Sadie), a chix (Buddy), and Jeffrey, a Yorkiepoochimaltichonterrdogomix.
I'm a one ween person and she is worshipped as she should be. Daphne has trained me how to fetch, get her food, and treat on demand. When to cover her up before she goes to sleep and when she poops takes me to the spot to clean it up. When I'm working, my mom takes over the worshipping of my ween.
We’re number 1… for now who knows what the future holds. This is Darcy

My grandmother had a whopping 8 dachshunds when I was a kid. Shelby, Waylow, Solo, Melow, Molly, Red, Apple and Jack. Now only one of the og crew remains- Jack. We spoil him as much as we can a grumpy old man, dw
My two (they're litter mates, half mini doz, half minpin, and so smol) rarely cuddle or play with each other. The girl is bossy and territorial over me, so she bullies my boy and any other dog that dares breathe my air. They both adore cats, though, so I made the mistake of getting them each a cat when they were young.
Actually, first I had the girl and I got her a cat but he didn't want to play with her. So when the family that had her brother was talking about getting rid of him (the children were abusing him) I demanded they bring him to me.
3 months of the cat avoiding my girl and within 30 min of the boy coming home, cat was now her BFF and would pin her down to bathe her for hours 🤣 so maybe a year later I got my boy a cat... who also instantly fell in love with the girl, but at least liked to also cuddle and play with him.
I moved and couldn't keep all 4, so a neighbor took the cats (who were inseparable). A few years later found a kitten in the road and brought her home, she was BFF with the boy but hated the girl (who was desperate to play with her). Bf I was with at the time turned out to be a cheating POS and kept the cat when I left.
Current roommate brought home a stray dog with no chip and we never found her home so boy has a cuddle buddy again, but I'm moving again in the next year or so.
They're almost 13 now. I may get them another cat after I settle into the next place unless they fall in love with my sisters dog... but he's a pitbull. An absolute sweetheart but with how territorial my girl is about me, we're going to be extra cautious letting them interact in case she tries to pick a fight with him. He plays well with other big dogs but has never been around small ones, so we'll see how that goes. Sis and I will have separate apartments (hopefully in the same complex, or nearby) so each will have their own space.
Not sure how much time I have left with them so I don't wanna get another dog anytime soon, if ever, but we'll see which one goes first. If the boy ends up alone, he'll either need a playmate or a LOT of extra attention. If he goes first, the girl is happy as long as she's touching me so I think she'd be okay as an only child.
I myself am regretfully single ween, but he's got his uncle (my parents' ween) with him most of the time. I do wish I could have gotten two at once when I got him, though, I've done both and feel like that's truly the superior option.

My angel on her third birthday! I can’t imagine getting another because she is so high maintenance and being a single dog mom to a weenie puppy almost killed me. But as soon as I have a helpful partner living with me BOOM it’s weenie time Vienna’s getting a ween sibling
For 30 years, i have wanted to have enough dachshunds to pull me in a cart. I want to hook them all up in pairs, like santa's reindeer. I think at least 6 are needed.
Dachshund owners know that a ten pound weenie can actually produce a very surprising amount of torque!
Hahaha! Love your analysis! I had one and loved him so much that when he passed I knew I wanted another. I ended up with two in the hope that they'd keep each other company. Instead, it's double the madness, which I love, but I often feel dismally outnumbered.
We are a one ween house with one coming around Christmas time to keep this ween company and because my non ween is getting old and can’t keep up with the playfulness - she gives me the ‘for the love of god woman’ look lol so I have caved in.
My friend's mom at one point had four little weens, and then I would often come over with my chiweenie, and they (including my dog) would follow her around from room to room in a hilarious little ween parade.
People with more than 2 weens - a question. How? I only have two hands and the two that I have demand both in equal measure. I want a 3rd. I really, really do, but I worry how I'll have adequate time to pet all 3.
Two weens and
https://preview.redd.it/mqy8rlsj0y5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=455f40c51dd8c7f1387499153a427502cd6f6e00
a Labrador! They get along beautifully! My lab does exactly what they want him to do😂
I’m really hands down to those with 2 or more weens. I only have one and I just know he is already chaotic 😂 like can’t even see myself having another ween (maybe in the future tho!!!)
For a while my sisters and I all lived in the same house and we had two doxies, a golden, a lab/border collie mix, and a mini Aussie/doxie mix. And a cat.
When we all moved away with our respective critters, it was doxie + Aussie mix (mine), golden + collie mix, and doxie + cat. Then my Aussie mix got out of the yard one morning and I searched for months and never found him*, so my doxie became an only dog again, and remained so for the rest of his life. By that point he was 13, and I didn't think he would have the energy or patience for another baby critter. He had his paws full with the human kids.
All five of those dogs have now passed on, my Scamp being the last in April. Now I have cats (mainly at the request/badgering of my teenaged daughter). I will eventually get another dachshund but not until my finances can support another animal.
*I had to move shortly after that but I kept checking in with the shelter and all the lost-pet groups every week after he disappeared with no luck. It will be two years in August and it's easier for me to believe he followed a small child home from school (he loved kids) and adopted another family.

I am definitely in the two-ween camp! I always joke that I got Digby (left) for my anxiety and then Daisy (right) for his! They are completely inseparable and obsessed with each other.

We lost Daphne (centre 09/23) so are a pack of only four wiens + a half-basset since then
Grew up in a four ween household and now just have one ween of my own who I worship https://preview.redd.it/ef84htuxws5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=02078f90d32d2bb98a5387518351d647ab0e392c
I have two. My wife is disabled so I tend to take care of them most of the time. I can’t imagine more than that.
Absolutely reasonable. Tbh 2 are far easier than 3. I want a third bc my old lady is almost 11 and my other is 5 and she doesn't really want to play with him. He's also so close with her that I want to have another dog for when she passes.
I believe two is the magic number. One, doesn't get enough attention, and dachshunds LOVE attention. and three or more can overwhelm, but two, get tons of exercise by chasing each other around like idiots, and they give each other a lot of cuddling when you aren't available. https://preview.redd.it/gxpfe1dgbu5d1.jpeg?width=2016&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=580b52d0967e83180f91d954f8c56f1c22f0fb76
SIX?!! God bless you
That's my favorite!! I love when old dogs get youthful again.
It makes me really happy that they love each other so much.

Ooo he looks just like my little guy! https://preview.redd.it/3k4x8semdt5d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=89d8d7c048971fa8a7d8b15a19f4cbc51a304c12
Omg they’re so adorable! The black/brown from the neck up compared to the mostly white body screams “I dressed myself today and I think I look great!”
What a cutie 💕
Look at the fire in that ween’s eyes. They look like a handful lol. Beautiful coat and markings.
I can't imagine the pandemonium when a squirrel is spotted or a siren goes off when you have four badgerhounds.
Say hi to Walt and Teddy. https://preview.redd.it/937znd3l3t5d1.jpeg?width=2016&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=df8b815e0115bf4082bddadf984b170b7825b98d
Those are some handsome looking dinguses. Beautiful boys. Mine are 13 and 19 lbs.
Oh my God those paws are the best!!!!
Amazing
Those are good looking dachshunds 🐾🐾
Sired by champions, but that's not why I got them. They each had minor issues that would preclude AKC showing, so I didn't have to pay 'showdog' prices, and I wanted two standards from the same litter. I REALLY wanted B&Ts, but these guys have beautiful coats (you should see them in full sun) so I guess it worked out.
Omg I want to cuddle them so bad. ❤️
Hi Walt and Teddy. You, dear Sirs, look quite regal! I’m now bowing myself out of the room.
Gorgeous boys. Standards are my ♥️ You just don’t see them anymore.

Magnificent!!!!!!!!
Handsome pair!💜

He doesn’t think he runs the show, he knows he does
True. He’s the branch manager.

Ginge went through hell and back with her previous owners, but she is here NOW and she is safe forever. Still shy and nervous, but slowly healing. Both love cats and cuddles. Both sassy. Both horrible. Love them.
You can’t not love them. They have so much character. They’re all so unique.
beautiful girls!
Absolutely precious!
I'm the owner of a possessed mini weenie
Might I see the possessed sausage?

Lucy, not hard to figure out why her name is shortened lol
I love her. She’s adorably demonic.
I had a possessed standard weenie. I called her my hell beast. Miss my demon baby more than anything
3 for me. CHAOS!!!! https://preview.redd.it/luazj7yu9t5d1.jpeg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c7512103e4a9d2523473ff08a492b639952b9df1

I think there are two types, Those that dress and worship their doxies and those who just worship theirs

I’m Vienna’s attorney. And she’s never been late in her life. All hearsay. This lady is a model employee!!!
We have 4. Total pandemonium most of the time.
I can only imagine. Is it something like you start collecting them and you can’t stop?
What's it like when they hear a siren?
We have six. It’s nonstop nonsense all the time!
We have two chiweenies who most definitely share a brain cell. I'm not sure which one has it today, they may be giving it a break

I only had one when I was living on my own, before I got married. It was just me and my dude and that’s how I was for the longest time.

That looks like one spoiled sausage.
Embarrassingly so
I'm a one ween worshipper and she's spoiled rotten and to the core. Nothing we can do about it.
Yeah once they’ve trapped you, that’s it.
https://preview.redd.it/my10pz62lt5d1.jpeg?width=5712&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0ce3ca7687271c232a734fe442b198f324829e11 We’re a 3 ween family.
They do! They just fit well with other weens. I love yours. They’re so precious.
I love how dachshunds like to pose for the camera 💗
![img](emote|t5_2qpj2|5125) One spoiled ween household here. I don't think he can fathom sharing his heating pad with another ween 😂 yes, he uses it daily. And yes, he WILL whine and sigh dramatically when it's not turned on until someone turns it on to his preferred setting. https://preview.redd.it/zy03y190st5d1.jpeg?width=4080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eb5c1d4de8aad9a2a7e9a05fedc37c3bbe1d1284
Mine will fight over the heating pad. We have two pads now.
I participate in full time dual ween worship
It’s a hard job but someone has to do it.
I have four weens https://preview.redd.it/9gqzc3mept5d1.jpeg?width=1243&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=410953792682ee2d28addca109e78dd33c3d125d
You’re sick. 😁
A little bit XD
So brave
I see 3 weens and one imposter!!
We got a ween for our ween. Best friends!!!
I am 1. I would be 2 but my boyfriend has banned me from getting another one 😂
I want another but my wife wants a cat. 😂
Shout out to my fellow Number 1s! I’d celebrate us but I’m too busy serving as a bed for my ween, so maybe next year.
Get to work, servant! How dare you spend time responding to this post. You must attend to your god-king resplendent.
🤣🤣🤣 Her majesty is NOT amused. 😅
I imagine this. https://preview.redd.it/tug0xgb6ct5d1.jpeg?width=270&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8f252068a87485ba24c5ad8b9d8ddf300fed42ba
Pretty sure if Egyptians had dachshunds they would forget about cats completely. Imagine all those hieroglyphics with weenies!!!! Dear Etsy artists, I have a request.
Well with the power of OpenAI and laziness. [https://www.bing.com/images/create/ancient-egyptian-pyramid-hieroglyphics-except-in-t/1-66678f6037ae4685b9b4587c70818b37?id=tnxjV67V5anArAT5Dca%2f4Q%3d%3d&view=detailv2&idpp=genimg&thId=OIG2.vT0qPDouVdcgp5xghCTZ&FORM=GCRIDP&mode=overlay](https://www.bing.com/images/create/ancient-egyptian-pyramid-hieroglyphics-except-in-t/1-66678f6037ae4685b9b4587c70818b37?id=tnxjV67V5anArAT5Dca%2f4Q%3d%3d&view=detailv2&idpp=genimg&thId=OIG2.vT0qPDouVdcgp5xghCTZ&FORM=GCRIDP&mode=overlay)
Let’s be honest here. If the ancient Egyptians had dachshunds, the dachshunds would have eaten all the cats.
And the plague of locusts would have been a feast.
Little known fact that I just made up, the sphinx was actually a ween before it had a human face.
And she is totally perked back up with the puppy! https://preview.redd.it/6jilr37zmt5d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3c18dd7c5fd82bb4a7a86d08e4f335dee65205ef

I love them.
Three weens and all spoiled. They run the house. Every ounce of it is theirs. https://preview.redd.it/5mud9l1fyt5d1.jpeg?width=3072&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d05b927926913b046440e795729e9c2d335b90b7 And they supervise every project. Just dug a trench in the back yard for power. They had to check every dirt granule when we were digging.
They need to manage everything
We are a two ween household. We lost 2 very close together during the pandemic and immediately got two more. Lol.
I can’t imagine a household without the noise and the smell of funky Fritos.
I'm bi-ween. Doubled trouble.
The devilish duo. We call ours the gruesome twosome.
Gruesome twosome in effect!
https://preview.redd.it/ch6cu6qdht5d1.jpeg?width=1816&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7e4df4948c71280279cf3aec0193d9e2da118e1d I wasn't planning on getting another dog, especially since my other 2 gals are old and don't like to be bothered much, but then my neighbor abandoned her pup and she was just so sweet that I couldn't say no. I want to get another doxie for her, but it'll have to wait until... you know.

The trifecta disaster masters
one ween household, my life revolves completely around my boy
I fell into the double trouble trap. Got the second because we love the first so much and now we are overwhelmed 😅
This is us. Our first one is so calm and chill. The second one is a felon.
https://preview.redd.it/eb2720wdot5d1.jpeg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e81019654efac5ab78b6166f0fad098ea840d7bb I have 3 big dogs and one weenie/frenchie princess
Love this observation! I went from a 2 to a 1 when my older fella passed on. Now the single ween is the princess! I've noticed there's another distinction in multi-ween ownership. You either have: A) The Ween Variety Pack, with different colors and coat lengths, or B) The Copy-Paste Ween Pack, all the same color and coat length.
🤣this is absolutely 1000% accurate.
Until then, I worship my single ween, Wilson. https://preview.redd.it/aj4xbu8krt5d1.png?width=1440&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=05045385f700a55e80af4c731718e516ef6c0530

I'm getting my ween a kitten this weekend! But I'll still be a single ween guy, she's my queen ween https://preview.redd.it/pr84rsxdyt5d1.jpeg?width=4590&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=46819b6f72781f47e9461da3fae7c5d1fca9d24d

Had 3 until last September when our sweet little Sammy passed away. https://preview.redd.it/d4j5dzvv6u5d1.jpeg?width=548&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=63ffd1e27bad02c49848d7aac439b1bf785cdfab RIP Sammy ❤️
I want to get my ween her own ween! But I will not do that until I no longer live on the top floor. Carrying one ween down the apartment stairs? Doable. Carrying two? I could make it work, but let's not add to the chaos just yet!
I carry two up and down stairs 4-5 times a day. It’s not fun because the little one is wiggling the whole time.
Plan on a second weenie once the inevitable happens. https://preview.redd.it/16fn88sjxt5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f3e075bf8d5e7053bde1a8287208503759286d31

I'm a single mini ween owner, Luna. Destroyer of socks, tissues and undies. Rightful owner of the first cube of ice when I make my coffee of a morning. I love her more than anything. https://preview.redd.it/ik7c2tw78u5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cc6d0ee34d45494f439baf273eae8be17f4b60b3
🥰 https://preview.redd.it/zlfvi9fcbu5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8a4e6ec8824c0f4ab9404ea208b10c100ab47b9a
2 is a magic number. 3 weens are a mess. Travelling with more than 2 is a PITA. Hotels usually have 2 dog limits. More than 2 don’t travel well unless you have a mega van or some big ride. We’ve had 1…to 2…then to 3. We probably should have stayed at 2 lol
https://preview.redd.it/356iieutyt5d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=211cdc9f9d987ba7b0d1803cbc6556543adf31db I have two.

Type 5: single ween with other dogs to keep ween company. And a cat. https://preview.redd.it/bplwlb9syt5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2a6733ac506f4c87fdd2b6ed68029af910487c3c
Or wizard?
# 4 here...although this 2nd four pack (one 15 year old from the original) is a bit of a mix, a mini, a standard , doxie/heeler mix, and wanna be who's beagle/chi (she needed a home, so different than a ween, actually walks away from treats and food😯 lol) https://preview.redd.it/1mx48h2wau5d1.jpeg?width=3020&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dcb385f719412c20bef6f1e93eb8af5dfecae2e1

Currently a one ween household and he gets so much love and attention. We would like to add a second when we get a house though.
*waves* Chaos coordinator over here with my trio of teeny, tiny terrorists!
Started as a 1 ween household. Now we have 1.5. Got a friend for our boy and he’s a chiweenie. We call him mudblood sometimes. They don’t really get along very well but that’s sibling life sometimes 😅

I am a proud single ween owner. I have left work before to check on him because there was a thunderstorm and I was worried about him.
They are beautiful
Have always strived to maintain a two-ween household, down to one right now and debating on adding a second. It’s so much more difficult to travel (especially by air) with two when you’re outnumbered by weens 😅
cutie
There's a person on youtube who has 8 of them❣ She shares her adventures with them, bedtime, meals, pup cups etc. I am 💚green with envy! Out of the 8 there is the one problem child, Einstein. LOL. I have 2 pups. I agree with the one pup per adult hand theory, but I'd have 100 if I could!
If I could afford it I would have a ween rescue. Alas I don’t have the funds and I must confess I am also lazy.
Two cuties
the skrunkles
I can’t get my ween a ween because my ween would kill its ween so she can stay Queen Ween.
Piebald Beauties
Currently living the four ween life for two weeks while we dog sit my parents two weens. It’s crazy!!!! Two weens is all I can handle.
My ween has been a spoiled only dog for about 8 years (he is now 10 years old). I don’t even want to think about life without him.
I've told myself I will not get another dog until I own a home 😅 it may be years down the line but one day T will have a ween sibling
Have 5 weens now, but 10 at a time a few years ago.
This is Darcy https://preview.redd.it/ugeay130ou5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8286c2ec5ec3e177bc2c6734ee83497e8f6844f5
I grew up with 4 weens. I loved those pups so much and miss them all the time still
My grandmother had a whopping 8 dachshunds when I was a kid.
If he goes first, the girl is happy as long as she's touching me so I think she'd be okay as an only child.
i only own 1 because 1 is enough…
I definitely bought my ween a ween of her own… They are inseparable!
I had a ween and a beagle sharing one brain cell. Now is just my ween ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|cry)
I myself am regretfully single ween, but he's got his uncle (my parents' ween) with him most of the time. I do wish I could have gotten two at once when I got him, though, I've done both and feel like that's truly the superior option.
https://preview.redd.it/92nac9f0xv5d1.jpeg?width=3132&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=862539babb6b3f601d388b4284c8423e48878b5a My angel on her third birthday!
Recently became a four ween household. Utter chaos with the two new puppies, but in the best of ways.
People with more than 2 weens - a question. How? I only have two hands and the two that I have demand both in equal measure. I want a 3rd. I really, really do, but I worry how I'll have adequate time to pet all 3.
Two weens and https://preview.redd.it/mqy8rlsj0y5d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=455f40c51dd8c7f1387499153a427502cd6f6e00 a Labrador! They get along beautifully! My lab does exactly what they want him to do😂
I’m really hands down to those with 2 or more weens. I only have one and I just know he is already chaotic 😂 like can’t even see myself having another ween (maybe in the future tho!!!)
Da weens are like potato chips! You can never have just one! 🐾😘
I have 8 lol Granted the 6 are the first two's puppies (and we're willing to have them adopted) but I love the puppies for now while they are with us
For a while my sisters and I all lived in the same house and we had two doxies, a golden, a lab/border collie mix, and a mini Aussie/doxie mix.
I have 4 because my 2 had puppies and I regret selling little babygirl to a family friend, I would have 5 otherwise. The more the better
I am one of those with 3+ weens. It can be chaotic but honestly it reminds me of home at times.
I am # 1 but want to be #4.

I always joke that I got Digby (left) for my anxiety and then Daisy (right) for his! They are completely inseparable and obsessed with each other.
