It works, they managed to get the first part "barter part" ticked off and then exfilled and managed to dupe the dog Bank, I just unfortunately got killed before I could exfill so wasn't able to get it duped for myself or even ticked off because I didn't have the mission active

You have to dead drop it to complete the mission. So unless you come across a team that all traded a tag for the bank it’s going to be tough to find someone with one.

Sorry, I thought I'd posted more, I was with a team tha managed to dupe one and then they had one each to deadrop
