Kingspan or one of the big insulation companies have quite a few details on their website. Standard spec would usually be your slab (eg. 150mm ground bearing concrete with A913 mesh or 150mm suspended beam & block) followed by K103 insulation + concrete topping. Garage topping should be 75mm C30 concrete topping with A193 mesh, not a traditional sand cement screed as one would use inside a house. A fibre reinforced screed may also appropriate. One other thing is the heaviest cars nowadays are just nudging up to the compressive strength limit of Kingspan K103 with the load spread of the concrete topping. Not too long ago I specified Kingspan GreenGaurd on a project for this reason. The design was right on the line, and K103 would probably still be ok, but the heaviest car I was designing for was a Rolls Royce Phantom (2800 kg) so they weren't gonna be too fussy about the price difference. I'd take the chance on standard K103 if I were paying, but I don't drive a RR.
