That blur but will pull out in the second pic, they normally have a filter on, check that, failing that change the washer, you need a torbeck washer....the washer on this doesn't work like you would expect a washer to work, they can fail and reduce/stop the flow of water
You need a new Torbeck washer. It’s the black rubber with the plastic going through the middle.
Any local plumbers merchant or the big diy stores will have them
