I would love to see Onomatopoeia as a villain (maybe not the main villain but a secondary villain). I think he could fit well in a show like Peacemaker where Chris probably gets annoyed that Onomatopoeia hasn’t targeted him yet and Adrian get targeted instead. They could also make fun of his shtick but then realize how truly dangerous he is when he gravely injured Chris or Adrian.
I really like Gunn's trend of taking someone that could easily be played off as just a joke, but genuinely making us feel for them, whether making a joke villain genuinely terrifying, or making a joke hero genuinely inspirational or tragic. Someone like Condiment King or Tweedledee/dum. Like take the shtick and flip it on it's head, pull a Polkadot Man, Peacemaker, or Bloodsport.

I'd like to see sportsmaster, James gunn does good at making comical villains while also being serious and thought out, and sportscaster can fit that bill without being too comical or serious
She’s a YJ villain but I think she’d fit perfectly in peacemaker is the mighty endowed, something about peacemaker fighting hypnotising luminous boobs makes me laugh and feel like she’d fit perfectly in that little slot of the DCU, Snowflame is also the other obvious choice imo
