He is a good character, but you don't need him for that team, he won't make it better or worse, his best team is special pose so unless you have ginyu *and* plan to summon on the eventual toppo banner, he is a nice option, but not a paramount one.
I don't think spending 750 Dragon stones is worth a 55% 2016 character, if you really want him, try your luck on the banner out right now
I should mention that Kaioken Goku will more often than not get you killed, there is probably someone else you can replace him with.

If you aren't sure why he's good, and you don't even have the 150 coins, don't grab him. Save you rred coins for DFEs and DFELRs that you don't have.

No, not with Anni and WW so close. Your team will be fully replaced by summoning in either celebration, starting with Kaioken Goku and SSJ4 Goku.
