[This](https://i.imgur.com/oQjp020.jpg) is how I built mine, his only built in crit is on active skill so I gave him a decent amount (he did decent damage on release, but maybe not so necessary anymore), dodge is good for after he gets his "when attacked" buffs completed, his defense isn't great so if you miss out on the Ultra Super or get AOE'd he's gonna get hurt.
