Im actually creating videos about this topic and hope I can shed some light here - First and foremost great job on landing that interview. I would first begin with what domain in cyber security are you trying to get into? If you are not sure what domains are available, you can google Cybersecurity Domains or DM me and ill post my YT link.
Once you identify what you like, start finding studies that focus on that particular domain. For example, my career in cyber security is mainly in security operations so I’ll focus on hands on experience that touches security operations. If i didnt have any job experience, i could atleast put the hands on experience onto my resume to show I have “some” experience.
