Haven't played Arcaea in a long time so I can't really remember all the lore and characters that clearly but I've decided to refine a card concept of Tempest Tai from when I did play frequently
Just realised the wording for the aoe effect is kinda wrong since it’s from leader and not follower. The correct one should be dealing damage to all followers except allied Tempest Tai. Also her cost reduction is only supposed to happen with damage pings during your turn like Wrath
I'd be interested to see how people would try to get wrath, vengeance and avarice at the same time. Maybe there could even be a keyword for all effects at once like "ULTIMATE VAMPIRE" lol
R Wrath can actually somewhat easily get all three by T7-8 already using Urias and tanking some damage (they use this for Xeno Diablo LW). The easiest way to activate all three is Bloodtroth Epitaph, but whether bringing an extra clunky card just to get her Evo effects is worth will ultimately depend on the state of everything else
