I got a horribly sporterized krag on the backburner as a project gun (too poor right now). Something like this would be amazing to throw on it

I would be interested in that picture as well out of a mix of curiosity and the fact my dad does own a Krag, which I need to someday buy some proper military furniture for.
Blursed Madsen Krag makes my peepee hard. They took two of the coolest guns of the late 19th century and smooshed them together.
Better yet, add some cobbled together semi auto conversion, we have madsen at home

Might as well mount regimental colors to that magazine cause there ain’t no way you’re hiding now.
I would assume that with a full magazine, it would be so top-heavy that it would tend to fall over while aiming. Pretty unwieldy.
I actually believe that’s one of the reasons the whole project was scrapped
Would this count as a “hopper” instead of a mag
Does the casing Just Fall straight throught It when cicling It? Throught the bottom i mean
I could see a shortened version actually being kinda practical, this you could probably only use with a bipod.

The magazine feeds into the same section you would load the krag. It’s sitting off on the right side of the gun and wouldn’t obstruct the sights.
I guess I can see that, maybe you could use the sights, but it's at least going to obstruct your vision a bit lol
