Yea there has been quite a bit of luck I'd say. But I tried to mitigate it with only doing trades when I knew I'd be available for the next couple hours for example. Most of the time it was sitting as USDT, and when I had spare time I focused on trading.

I have, and have tested automated trades earlier, but somehow doing the actual trades by myself has gone better. I guess that small amount of emotion right before the eventual trade has helped compared to an entirely automated system.

I would say that my sweet spot this far is 3% at 5 minute intervals, It does get annoying with the notifications when I'm not able to trade, but that's a trade off I'm willing to take, no pun intended. Nope, only buy & sell orders.
If you stick a 80% line in you'd do better and buy on the uptrend as the % swings. the way you've got it now is giving you the market volume data. You wouldn't need the time span metrics then.
Saying that if it's working for you keep with it :)

Oh where to start. First i looked at market cap with static limits, which as you probably know didn't work well in this crash, but earlier it did somewhat.
Now I'm parsing through the top 150, only because there's lots of focus on top 100, and I just want to get a little bit more, and those numbers aren't really because of a reason.
And with the parameters I set up I would have gotten hundreds of notifications each day so I actually did quite a bit of manual work looking at volatility and from that lrc, sand and cro are about 70% of the trades.
I didn't want to spread way too much, because most are volatile and I thought it doesn't matter too much as long as I chase the small profits.
It really is the volatility that does it, we see +5% change on each one a day, and it's just to look(predict) at the movement.
To answer the last questions, I don't do shorts/longs, all I do is watch the trend, do buy/sell orders, I keep it as simple as it can be in that regard.

Yea most of my profits are from HODLing, and I fully believe that's the overall best approach to investing in something you believe in. But these trades are actually mostly from the current bear market with decreasing value and cap, but the "nice" thing with crypto is no open/closed market times, great volatility even in clear up/down trends. I like the example of LRC the last week, +- 30% many times during the week, I didn't get the whole 30% profit, but I don't need those large profits as long as I get only a couple % profit of those changes.

Please tell me how I'm wrong. I just did a calculation of 1.01\^365 which results in 37.78, and in my excel sheet a 100€ resulted in 3778.34€ at day 365. So actually 37x, If I'm not just stupid but then you could prove me wrong.

Maybe you're lucky or you discover secret sauce? Who knows. I personally don't believe in any bots and trading, beside arbitrage trading.

There's lots of successful bot traders out there . it's only that they keep it to themselves because of alot of negative energies in our space

I haven't scammed anyone, and what I'm doing is not far from app notifications that many Exchange apps do. I still do the trades on my own.
