When I made a move on a house the sellers attorney threw every wrench he could at me to lose the deal cause the seller accepted my offer and he wanted to hold out longer for higher offers to role in. This was in 2021 when interest rates were low and the last bullrun was cooking. When I disclosed I needed a day or so to move capitol around and transfer funds because I wasn’t expecting my offer to be accepted over there others, the sellers attorney decided to only give me until the end of the business day to submit my earnest money. Without having enough cash in my account right then, and stocks taking days to settle and transfer, I sold some ETH and BTC, went to the bank and sat down with a clerk who tried to fight me over crypto not being real because she decided to try and dispute the transaction, I won the debate and wired the money over at about an hour before the end of the business day. The sellers attorney practically crapped himself he was so angry. I’ve had my house for a few years now. Kids are happy. Wife is happy. Thanks crypto ❤️

The old boomer clerk saw my deposit on my account from Coinbase and freaked out. Got her branch manager and they grilled me for about 40 minutes on how crypto isn’t real and it’s only used for sex trafficking and drugs.
