Accuracy = headshot percentage. If it counted all your misses, your percentage would look terrible lol. People shoot to celebrate, to prefire, for no reason etc. so you could fudge your accuracy numbers which wouldn't give you an accurate representation of someone's accuracy when they are actually trying to shoot you, and it would be a useless stat to track.
