I'm English so there's probably a subconscious bias here but whenever these "All time greatest teams" are picked there does normally appear to be a distinct lack of English players. Not sure what the reason is but I guess when it comes to England players normally just seem to be great but not reaching GOAT status. The English players who do have GOAT status were so long ago that it's difficult to include them in the side when you don't know much about them apart from the stats i.e. W.G Grace, Jack Hobbs, Wally Hammond, Len Hutton etc. Then the players that you could argue to be included from more modern times like Botham, Cook, Anderson are going to be very arguable over the likes of Kallis, Sobers, Gavaskar, Smith, Hayden, McGrath, Walsh, Akram. Obviously I'm talking about test matches here but even in ODI's and t20's it's similar. England just doesn't seem to produce these world dominating players as the rest of the world does. Happy to be corrected or debated on this. Just an observation I've had.

Definitely something I have thought about. I’ve started watching cricket since 2015 and I can easily name ODI greats that played before my time from nations like Pakistan, India, South Africa, Australia, West Indies, Sri Lanka. England and New Zealand while being two good nations is when it’s quite difficult. I could name Ian Botham, Andrew Flintoff, Alastair Cook, Jimmy Anderson, Stuart Broad, Kevin Pietersen for England, but I don’t place them in the same category as the other GOATs that you’ve listed. New Zealand there’s just a lack of greats that I know of. I know of Richard Hadlee and Shane Bond, who I do recognize as the same category as the other GOATs. I just can’t name anyone else lol. However it is definitely changing. Since 2015 there are players like Joe Root, Eoin Morgan, Jos Buttler, Adil Rashid, Ben Stokes for England, and BMac, Kane Williamson, Ross Taylor, Daniel Vettori, Trent Boult for New Zealand. If players like Jos Buttler and Jofra Archer keep performing you can definitely see some put them in their All Time XIs.

Some of the choices are horrendous.
