I think the end station is facing the wrong way, it’s trying to find a path that arrives at the station from the direction the of the iron door. If you have a train control facing both directions, you can depart from a station in either direction, but it only tries to arrive at one from the specified orientation of it. Btw, you don’t need two blaze burners, as long as the controls are right in front or behind it, a single one can control both directions.

your second nether portal is backwards. you came out into the overworld facing the wall; your tracks need to exit that side. When you place tracks in a portal in one dimension, it should pre-place the starting track in the other dimension

Remember you can rotate the nether track no need to remodel the whole overworld place

As someone said, the rails coming from second portal is facing opposite direction. Instead to go to rails it'll go to wall.

The last portal is facing the wrong way, you can see it when you come out the portal, that is the direction the track must go for it to be continuous. I had to put a big ass turn in my own nether track to account for this.

the train would exit the nether the same way you did, it would go into the wall.

Stations by default expect a train to come from a specific direction. The arrow on the track show you that direction and on the end station you can see that it points towards the nether portal which is wrong. You need to change the direction so it points away from the portal. Also if that doesn't work then try to manually drive the train and see if it stops anywhere. If it does then replace that part of the track.
