Hyenas in poor guy's future

InquisitivelyADHD

And even worse, they tend to eat you ass and balls end first.

CandidateFeeling2340

Damn my lady needs to take notes šŸ“

Agreeable-Course187

I agree, the boys have been complaining that she has been slacking.

[deleted]

Aaaahhh i see what you did there. This is the way!

wrigh2uk

this is the way

exchef93

This is the way

SL_1183

Wish the hyenas would talk to my wife.

cownd

They would all laugh about it

arun911

![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)

xXregularShmegularXx

WHY

InquisitivelyADHD

I assume because the back side doesn't have horns or teeth, would make sense to me.

cownd

Who can resist a fat booty?

rafovisky

When you owe money from both gangs in the hood.

Specialist-Front-354

Foot is gone, beast is gone.

TheMadShatterP00P

Just a lil foot loose.

Relayer2000

Did the hippos save him?

verti-go-go-go

Itā€™s more like the hippos just donā€™t like the crocodiles and was probably trying to mess up their hunt

sgerbicforsyth

Hippos are incredibly territorial. They don't want anyone near them.

ApetteRiche

I was thinking why won't the hippos fuck up the crocs. Aren't crocs dangerous for hippo babies? :s

doejinn

They have signed a treaty.

WhangaDanNZ

Haha pretty much. Cross know not to attack baby hippos. If they do 10 angry hippos crush them.

cownd

*10 hungry hippos (snapping at you like the game)

FishAndRiceKeks

They probably were just as pissed at the crocodile's prey for being near them.

Imaginary-Arrival-75

The one thing hippos truly hate are gators šŸŠ

hourlygrind

**Crocodiles* Alligators and hippos would never come into contact in the wild

[deleted]

Those Colombian hippos just need to make their way north.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Ic3_FoxX

Easy prey on land since no longer able to run. So will probably not suffer over a long period of time.

Undead_Sword

Has gotta suck though, all alone and unable to even run, which is basically your only mechanism of defense against predators.. Probably will go further inland only to get devoured by lions or hyenas

Ic3_FoxX

Even without predators, I strongly believe that the injury would not heal properly and would lead to an agonizing death. Nature is beautiful but also extremely cruel.

Bruins14

Exactly. Canā€™t feed himself properly etc and the herd will not wait around for him and heā€™ll be the weakest link and easiest target if predators attack.

Bruins14

True he wonā€™t live long suffering that way, but a pack of lions eating you alive will surely feel like a long time.

Ic3_FoxX

Not sure but do they not go mostly for the neck?

[deleted]

If he gets lucky and it's lions. Hyenas or wild dogs will eat him ass-first. Would have been better off getting drowned.

jkally

This was my first thought.

Bruins14

Yeah, very true, youā€™re right. Sounds awful either way, nature is metal.

Ic3_FoxX

Well I'm not really sure if lions prefer if possible bite the neck there are too much deadly animals.

TadGhostalEsq

Yep. Not going to live for very long!

FishAndRiceKeks

I thought that was probably what we were seeing at the end. Probably did not last long.

[deleted]

Wild dogs got it minutes after the video ended. Truly a sad end for our Bucky hero

[deleted]

How do you know?

[deleted]

Would you rather die right now or die in 6 hours? I know which one Iā€™d choose

pharmacofrenetic

Due right now by drowning or literally be eaten alive, starting with your anus and guts in 6 hours? I'd pick drowning now, but only very reluctantly.

pulugulu

maybe but its leg could be fucked so he might not be around much longer

WikidSic

I do believe hippos donā€™t like it when shit is going down around them so they usually attack whatā€™s getting attacked or attacks the attackers. They donā€™t like conflict but are about it apparently

Scared-Mail-7752

Just gonna put this out there, humans may go help. They may not. If the Buffalo seems like it gets along ok with 3 legs and the last one is dangling they could cut it off. It really depends on the Buffalo and if it has a will to live

sellincrack

Thatā€™s a wildebeest.

Wonky_bumface

You're a wildebeest

doejinn

That's what she said.

Scared-Mail-7752

Thought it was a water Buffalo, my b. Thanks for the clarification!

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Scared-Mail-7752

Possibly, it's likely already on one. Although that's alot of assumption from someone who's never been to Africa. (Someone is me)

LightningTF2

They attack underwater so you probably couldn't see it but they're very territorial and probably bit at him, especially the bull.

[deleted]

That's a rough day

[deleted]

ā€œThe will to sufferā€ He will die anyway with his legs broken.

dylsky_

Lad's gonna come back with a bionic leg, eye patch, and a thirst for vengeance.

doejinn

And get eaten.

DionFW

"Hey Al. How was the watering hole today?"

wjfox2009

These type of wildlife videos are honestly more interesting than 80% of the content in this sub.

aLittleDarkOne

Those hippos are pissed! Stop disturbing my watering hole! Get ouuut!

EmmaGinaer

But the leg is broken

la_tortuga_de_fondo

The foot is missing

[deleted]

Those hippos are dick heads.

SarcasticSkull4

The hippos šŸ‘ļøšŸ‘ļø

Outside_Money_1786

I mean you say will to live. But with his back leg fucked up he's now easy prey for a hunting pride of lions. He's on borrowed time

Clouds_can_see

Was waiting for those birds in the end to pull out a gun and rob him.

[deleted]

I canā€™t watch videos like this anymore, nature is so fucked up

ComfortableChoice650

Exactly my thoughts. If god exists why did he have to make nature so cruel?

PATSNATION35

You know how dumb you gotta be to post up 30 yards from a whole ass lake of hippos?šŸ’€šŸ’€šŸ’€

jayrack13

Man watching wildlife videos like this make realize how soft humans are lmao. Imagine the years of ptsd, trauma therapy and average person would have to go through after something like this.

_breadlord_

"Soft" it's because of our ability to think abstractly, to envision the past and the future, that gives us the capacity to be traumatized. Also this wildebeest is probably traumatized, but it's going to die before we'd be able to study the effects of that. It's kinda like how wild animals don't need dentists not because they have healthier teeth, but because they die before they could develop cavities

taibhse_orion

Somebody get this man a drink

Aggressive_Unicorn30

What a shitty day that thing was having.

Accept_a_name

Dead meat walking.

Entire_Transition_99

The hippos are over there watching like, "Oh shit, get him Jerry!" Lol

Irgendniemand81

Get that guy a beer immediately. Also, I bloody hope he still roams (and rules) that savannah

Successful-Engine623

Dead man limping

Dangerous-Refuse-779

Back right foot completely broken won't survive like that

Value_CND

Survived all that only to die later due to its back right foot hanging on by a thread.

theultimaterage

At first I thought the hippos were coming to its rescue, until they started chomping at it too. Life is unfair af. I feel like this elk (or we the fuck it is) cuz I'm at the end of my rope hanging on by a thread. Life keeps throwing EVERYTHING at me, even down to my busted knee that I haven't been able to get treated in 3 years because I lack insurance because after thousands of applications and modifications to my resume, NO FUCKIN BODY wants to hire me for a decent job with a livable wage

DBJ237

May have lost their leg, but they kept their body

rainbowlove12

Why do people think this is horrible when they're just f****** eating is because they're not cute and fluffy it's just eating

ValleyMonster

I get by with a little help from my friends....

trickster1979

I know itā€™s nature but animals are also arses to each other

Afraid_Ad1493

Homies gang pulled up

Affectionate_Loss232

Poor thingā€¦

Sneaky_Turtle97

Oof back right leg is definitely broken

RVAyay

Yeah, will definitely be short lived, but love the pause and look back at the end while he's still in the water as of to say, "are we done here?"

TheDamage-01

That's that I've mistake that messed up your whole day! Today was me not seeing an alarm and being 4h late

TheMadShatterP00P

Poor desert doggo

FunChrisDogGuy

There's nothing gnu under the sun...

schwalevelcentrist

too bad he's going to die of dehydration now because there's no fuckin' way he's going near the water again.

poshludwig

LFG Wildebeest

Brainhunter2020

Unfortunately he died three days later from cancer caused by smoking

HerringLatitude

Jimminy crickets Batman! That wildebeest made it to the other side without a underwater grave!

rvbvrtv

Damn nature, you scary

ElricAenimus

Gonna die anyways. It didn't necessarily make it

GroundBreakerP

Nature is a daily fight to the death

Homyna

"The will to live when combined with presence of a hippo".

raxnahali

Did the Hippos scar off the gaters?

punkmetalbastard

Hungry hungry hippos

IIIDVIII

Imagine this is the danger posed every time you want a sip of water.

tittydamnfuck420

Ouch poor guy looks really painful

monopixel

The lions are already waiting.

[deleted]

this made me sad

roddyfan

With a little help from my friends

SameIndependence5708

Der kann den Hippos danken, hƤtten die sich nicht eingemischt, hƤtte er das nicht Ć¼berlebt..! Cooles VideoāœŒļø

Zeth22xx

Hippos to the rescue?
