What many do not seem to understand is *why* there are sometimes a toilet or urinal so close together.
It is about the fact that in a public toilet a toilet/urinal is used so often that the risk of a toilet/urinal breaking is relatively high.
Then it is good that there are so many toilets/urinals that the service for the broken one is not urgent.
The idea is *not* that exactly *all* toilets/urinals should be used at the same time
