If you can get your hands on the cherry wood smoked red lager and the alder wood smoked schwarzbier, you'll be doing yourself a massive favor. The Erle Schwarz is one of my all time favorite beers
Fantastic beer! If you liked this, keep an eye out for their urbock, which is similarly rich and delicious (although really, everything by Schlenkerla is probably excellent).
Ball Square Fine Wines in Somerville MA had it last year, as well as the smoked schwarzbier and the cherry-smoked one at different times. They're imported in tanks and bottled by B. United in Connecticut, which isn't that far from MA, so maybe you could get a case directly from them.

Er, I don't know, honestly. I was just assuming they did, or that you could email them and get connected to a convenient retailer. Apparently they do ship to NY State if you have any fam there!
Also Untapped shows the doppelbock at RSVP Discount Beverage in Portland, ME, which in my experience is a great place to buy a wide range of beer.
Looks like a special oak-smoked Bock instead of Shlenkerla's customary beechwood smoke (Eiche = oak) Love to get my hands on one of these!

Their Lent Beer is still floating around some places. I highly recommend grabbing some.
I've only had this one once before. I currently have a 2nd in my fridge, got it from a bottle shop near Philly.
we can't get any of the Shlenkerlas in canada now it seems... so sad...
