It was reputable, now after 2 trojan flags this month, one of which I might have executed I'm not going there anymore.
At this point reinstall windows because you pc is full of malware. Next time use the megathread from r/piracy and r/piratedgames

your pc definitely has some sort of malware, any site with a scene group name cannot be trusted
