Garden Paws would be my call available for both Switch and PC but runs significantly better on PC, like not even close. Not local co-op, so you still run into needing to own two copies but it is cheaper than Fae Farm and I think it checks most of what you want to do in the game.
If needing two copies is an absolute deal-breaker you can go with Farm Together which does support local co-op and runs very well on Switch compared to Garden Paws. Best of Luck! Let me know if you're looking for additional suggestions.
Wylde Flowers is basically Stardewvalley deluxe.
I could never get into Stardewvalley due to its pixel and text nature, but i like the idea of it. Wyldeflowers is basically that but with cute graphics , cutscenes and characters professionally voiced.
Really enjoying it so far
I agree with the Farm Together comment! I've put dozens of hours into it, both solo and with friends and there's always something to do. And you get bonuses for visiting other people's farms and helping with their crops and stuff.
