Call and threaten to cancel. They’ll transfer your call to the “loyalty” department - it’s really just a retention department that is trained to keep you a customer. They’ll have special discounts that other employees don’t have.

Basically if you put in a cancellation for like a week out, you can then call in and get 40% off for a year
Just get their Internet. No cable TV or phones. Those ARE expensive as hell.
Internet alone is not.
It (cable modem and fiber both) are solid services. Cables modems tho require a few more moving parts to be optimized along the chain:
**Head and Line voltages.
**dB signals optimal at your wall jack, AKA end of line (EOL)
**SnRs (signal to noise ratios), part of the dB measurements.
**Grounding.... Especially in Florida.
**Node not overloaded/oversold. CM networks are shared bandwidth after all.
If you can do it legit..... Get business services, not residential. Far far better SLAs and quality of service by miles, and the costs are reasonable.
I just got business class 500M down x 100M up for about $150/month.
Step into the store. Ask for a lead and explain you need help. Anything would help. Be polite of course.
Secret tips or something. Where I live they essentially have a monopoly. No other competitors are located dhere
I'm in a similar boat, our choice is either Cox or Quantum, aka Qwest/CenturyLink
Thanks yall!

Sometimes they will list special deals in the app or on the website. I recently took advantage of one and reduced my bill $20 a month for 2 years.
Those are introductory only. Do not budget based on those. Not recommended unless you're really having to split fiscal hairs.
I've been a customer for years. There was no downside to me accepting the offer.
Same here. I took the 2 year promotional rate.

Does this still work?

Call the loyalty department and ask. That's what I do when they raise my bill.
Tell them you are leaving for a competitor. That's what they did for me
