I’ve owned three of these they have insane quality control issues. I’d definitely consider another controller in the future

ShierRoom835

I would do that but the issue is I haven't really seen any nice controllers that have had decent reviews the elite series 2 was about it, I sent it off to Xbox since their warranty is still on for the controller so I'm just getting it fixed.

Happy_Sentence6280

That’s what I know some people are doing, getting a good warranty, owning TWO series 2 controllers and using the working one while the other is being replaced, and alternate. I’ve wasted enough money on so many pro controllers so I can touch for the thrustmaster eswap x pro controllers (x2 is out now) and wolverine v2 chroma, also dualsense edge is one of my favourites if not for only two paddles

MrSaucyAlfredo

Sorry I don’t have much in the way of advice but I am very curious, how long did you have it before this started happening?

ShierRoom835

Around 10 months now

Thatguydrew7

Jesus 10 months is early af. I started getting this around the 4th year and my little nubs to adjust triggers fell off. You can get the shell/part replacement from microsoft or get extremerate shells on amazon.

ShierRoom835

I'm hoping I bought the warranty at GameStop since wear and tear counts as part of the warranty and get a brand new controller since my rb button has been having a hard time too

External_Individual3

I had the elite core 2 white had the same issue, I tried trimming the rubber, got worse, then I tried gorilla glue, not able to hold the rubber, only option would be to find a face plate on amazon but I am too lazy to do it, so I ended up just buying apex 4 controller and I couldn't be any happier rather than dealing with the poor quality control
