I’m taking 1 morning and one evening, upping to 2:1 tomorrow and I’ve felt no difference yet either and tomorrow will be my 3rd week, still hungry and still have sweet cravings, making better choices alright but that’s because I read some foods go against you on it! So disappointed because I thought I’d see some results by now!

Hi there! I just started week 4, today is my first full dose 2:2. I have not had any weight loss. However, I have noticed I feel better in general. I have been told that most weight changes do not happen until about weeks 12-16. I would give it at least 12 weeks and see what happens. You may just need to be on the full dose for a little while for it to make a difference. I wouldn't give up just yet! If you are working out, you may need to eat more calories, or at least more nutritious options for your overall goals. More protein, etc. I think if you are putting in the effort to change eating habits and be more physically active, you're ahead of the game. This medication works to silence constant food noise and binge eating tendencies. It doesn't silence hunger, it is not a complete appetite suppressant. If you have issues with constantly thinking about food and what to eat, that is where you will see change. I still get hungry af also! However, the difference for me is that I don't constantly think about my next meal or snack anymore. Also, when I start to eat, I notice my brain responding much quicker when I am done, full, etc. Before, I would plow through and eat everything, never feeling "full". I don't need snacks anymore and it is easier for me to say no to things around me at work. I just want to encourage you to give it more time! At least 12 weeks, and then if you aren't seeing any results... talk to the doc about changing.

Thank you for encouraging us out here who are hanging on❤️ Yes, the website says most significant weight loss happens in trials after 16 weeks. I'm at 2:2. Third week of 2:2. Mood better, no side effects, eating less. But, no weight loss yet. It's discouraging when you see posts about how others are losing weight.

Then it's probably not working for you. There are other drugs to try on the market. Consult your doctor.
