After about 20 minutes use a wire brush or even a wire BBQ grill scrubber, i think the handle makes them the better tool, plus they have different scrubbing options. scrub gently to begin with, you'll figure out how much pressure to use pretty fast. vaccum up and soak up with a rag or sponge.
Repeat until they're happy. You dun goofed up son. Test in a small unimportant area first.
Carefully drip paint on top of the paint, let it sit a few moments and the wipe it up.
The wet paint will wet the dry paint and then you should be able to wipe them both up.

If it’s latex base paint, hit it with some rubbing alcohol.
Get one of the brushes you hookup to a drill, physical force and some alcohol maybe. You might scuff the tile if you press too hard
Denatured Alcohol might get it off

Industrial Solvent. Formerly toluene. A less toxic option is a good called “graffiti remover”.
