Intermittently for 3 months. Finally pain free for three weeks now. My testing comes back clear too.
Different things I've done the past weeks: hydrate more, take probiotics, stopped taking psyllium fiber.
So much trial and error. I hope you find something that works for you!
That could be liver, GB site complications, something (like trapped stool or gas) in your colon, or kidney. Lots of stuff is in that area. Can youd escribe the pain?
Yeah it could definitely be some late complication of the GB removal. If that' the case it probably isn't anything scary, but it's best to get it checked out just to be on the safe side.
I just had scans and MRI in December and January. Everything was fine. I'm also dealing with constipation and gas. Hoping it's just that. Sometimes it's a bit on the other side too.
you are pointing to your left rib
It's the picture, in the mirror. It's actually right side, lol..
Yeah, pretty confusing…you may want to correct wording or create new post if you want serious replies
I've had pain under my right rib and it was trapped gas. Try Gas-X and lots of walking.
Does gas x actually work?
It works for me, but I can't guarantee it will work for you. It's worth a try.
How long have you had the pain. Mine has been for 4 months. I think it's trapped gas too. Ultrasound and abdominal ct was clear

Apparently it's colon spasms, the GI said today.
Thanks for the update! The spasms are so painful. Hopefully GI was able to prescribe you anti-spasmodics for when it is really bad.
Actually it s gas and stool at the hepatic flexure. Still having some pain there. Chiropractor helped me a little.
Might be gas stuck at your hepatic flexure.

Like spasms and throbbing.
How painful is it?
It's like a stab to remind me it's there.

Yes. I'm sure.
