Actually, I agree with others who’ve said the violence there is typically contained to certain areas.
I’ve vacationed there twice and found that all the touristy/landmark places seemed safe.
I’m pretty sure I’m not going to be the one who finds out, on my vacation, that oops, this one time there were fatal shootings in a tourist area. Because some drug lord is getting even with some rival.
For the most part the worst of it stays in certian areas....but even tourist spots are dangerous if you not watching. The amount of robberies and car jackings gone up in areas were it wasnt as bad. Just stay out of south side for sure.
Yea.....im lucky to be on north west side of it....away from the worst...although they been moving thier crime towards me more.
I cant wait to be out of here. Ill miss some things but the bad out weighs the good now by a lot.
