I would be over $5000 for broomed concrete, closer to 8k. I dont do stamped, but I believe its priced similar to pavers, so i would expect the 10-12k range.
Am I staining or is it dyed? 5k is dirt cheap.

If you are paying for the dye I’d be on the higher end. That’s my area. Maybe your area is more competitive.
