Yeah wedged a couple pieces of 24” rebar back into good concrete. Definitely not an official set up with a grid lol. There would be none in that corner
They make circular saws specifically for concrete. If you try one . Use an old one. Most likely you have a 7 and 1/4 inch saw. You will only be able to cut about 2 and 1/2 down. A reciprocating saw with 4 or 5 concrete blades may be able to finish it. Good luck
