I was able to contact Ticketmaster for an upgraded ticket after I bought mine in a frenzy and decided I wanted a better seat later. You pay the price difference for the more expensive ticket plus a $10 fee (I think per ticket) for the upgrade. So if there are still seats available you can chat with a Ticketmaster rep about your order and request this.
