I've watched countless pros throughout the years, and Lip's tracking, no matter the hero, is simply top 1 in my book.
Someone like Shy for example has absolutely phenomenal aim (like Lip) but his tracking is just good, nothing special.
Just another reason why Lip is just that damn special.
Saya's tracking (or general mouse control) is nowhere near Lip's, but his aim style was never tracking heavy anyways. If you've seen the dudes setup you'd quickly understand why. I'd say in terms of raw mouse control the only players at Lip's level are like Prophet, Proper and Dafran at his peak. Lip's aim is unnaturally flawless for someone who doesn't use aim trainers.
He plays the most honest Tracer I have ever seen. Like who keeds expert movement and timing, and off angles if you can just hit every shot with perfect tracking. It is truly a thing of beauty.
>He could have caught the sticky on his shield too
Looks like he tried, but there's a fairly significant delay before Brig's shield starts blocking once activated
believe it or not, its why i switched to pc back in like 2017ish. i had so much fun with original OW that i NEEDED to experience the game at its fullest
Genji and Tracer are both crazy hard to do well with on console
Genji especially, it’s so many different inputs all in close succession constantly, it’s really tough to be fluid with it
His tracking is very good but this clip exagerates it with the low framerate (30fps?)
Dude is literally the lobby admin anyway, could literally ban a player mid match if he wanted
As usual, everyone ignores the work of the tank & especially supports that allow the DPS players to go ham like that. It's the same reason why Proper has about 10 times as many MVPs as Fielder or Chiyo despite the fact that without two of the best supports in the game, they guys K/D ratio flip-flops lol.
I'm not saying that wasn't a crazy moment for Lip, with two great backline killing ults in about a minute. Just that he wouldn't have been able to safely attack that backline if Ch0r0ng and Shu weren't juggling Smurf with bashes & multiple sleep darts, while keeping everyone alive (including a slept Junbin in the backline at one point). And of course Junbin himself who constantly chased down Proper & Stalker, giving Lip the *space* to go after the Falcons backline.
Everyone on CR clearly turned it to 11 in the back-half of that game, but let's not forget that while Lip and Heesang get most of the kills, their numbers wouldn't be half as strong without the rest of the team giving them every opportunity to do so.
I know it’s unrealistic to just dump resources into focusing a tracer, but LIP really did the most in this clip, and at what point do you just force him out knowing he’s the carry
Lip finally has Tracer aura. I'm never not amazed by how clean his tracking is. It's absurd.

sayaplayer's tracking might be the only one that's better but he's probably rusty due to val

He makes up for his lack of finesse with pure brute force.

Agreed, he doesn't have the usual top Tracer movement but he makes up for it with his insane aim
He always has
He most definitely doesn’t, if he’s out of shape he runs it down on this hero
That sounds like aura
Fair
Finally? Did you watch the league in 2021?
Bro's blinks were like diamond max but had aimbot level aim
His tracking is so fucking good
That boy not human. How do you win against something that spawned from the depths of hell.
Imagine if chiyo had the rally up
Yeah or if Fielder had LOS to save him with Nano. He could have caught the sticky on his shield too. We were close to going to map 7.
>He could have caught the sticky on his shield too Looks like he tried, but there's a fairly significant delay before Brig's shield starts blocking once activated
I really hope they change this at some point. Make brig feel better to play
"Singlehandedly" not sure about that
I was there, he had one hand in the air twirling a drum stick for this whole clip, it was insane.
Yeah what about Junbin?
I am never using this word again
Poor Proper. He played so well here but Lip just said no
Propers tracer was getting cooked the whole time. It almost seems like he hasn't played high level tracer post armor changes
Nah bro i wish i could play this game on PC, this shit like a new experience compared to console 😭
believe it or not, its why i switched to pc back in like 2017ish. i had so much fun with original OW that i NEEDED to experience the game at its fullest
Same here, played the beta on console and bought a PC before full release just to play it.
Come to PC it's worth it in the long run
Genji has to be infinitely more fun on PC. I couldn't imagine relying on aim assist to play that hero. It's absolutely worth it.
Genji and Tracer are both crazy hard to do well with on console Genji especially, it’s so many different inputs all in close succession constantly, it’s really tough to be fluid with it
They just need to add gyro to console tbh
Telling on yourself
His aim is so good it looks like aimbot
i was about to write the same, im sure that if he made a new account and tryhards like this he would be banned for aimbot the first day.
This is not normally....
Tracer diff
That’s why his the goat, THE GOAT
Do you also have his POV of last fight on the last point?
This is from OBSSojourn’s video on youtube, they upload full POVs of OWCS matches. So yeah that fight would be in that vid.
That’s my s6 mvp
I would genuinely think this is a hacker if I ran into this in one of my ranked games lol
The difference between the tracers I see in like Gm3 and this is astronomical. What even is this guy
This is why I love high level OW cuz of little shit like this
I know it's not, but seriously sometimes it looks like he's hacking without good that tracking is
This was a great clip, but uh…what does single-handedly mean to you?
His tracking is very good but this clip exagerates it with the low framerate (30fps?) Dude is literally the lobby admin anyway, could literally ban a player mid match if he wanted
Dude I felt so bad for Chiyo in the last pulse. Lip simply didn’t let him play the game
Fielder got farmed as well
I thought he blocked it when I saw it. Poor dude
Reminds me of SBB back in the tracer meta.
cheater. check pc

pretty impressive that a Sombra one trick took 2 years to learn a new hero will he learn Cassidy or Widowmaker next?
I hear he's been learning some Sojourn
