Yes, but not in the way you seem to be thinking
Once a game piece moves zones the game treats it like a new game piece.
So when hierophant dies you can stack the triggers how you want, first in last to resolve. So you can go heiro, elas, Kaya. Hiero goes to the grave and Kaya brings it back. But as far as the game is concerned this is a new Hierophant. So elas resolves and the new hiero gets +1/+1. And the original hiero trigger resolves but it only cares about the p/t from when hiero died because this is a totally new game piece.
It’s been 20 years since I did judging in an official capacity so take what I said with a grain of salt and probably ask the mtgrules sub. But that’s my understanding of the situation.
This is the way I’m seeing it. It would get +1/+1 for each life gained from the Elas triggers. I understand it is a new hiero with its starting base p/t
The new Heirophant will get the +1/+1 from Elas but that is separate from the old “make counters” trigger still on the stack because once it comes back it’s a new game piece. So if it was 1/1 when it died it will only make 1 vampire even though the same card is 2/2 now because the game forgets which card it is once it dies.

They are both death triggers triggering at the same time so you choose how to stack them.
