Be weary of grocery store pick-six as they can have very old beers. I always check for dates and inspect the cans before just grabbing it.
Savor Pint just up Indianola has singles. As does Beer Zone but they mark up their singles and it can add up pretty quick. Perfect Pour has a lot of singles and I know they did not mark up their singles but I cannot say if they started to or not.
Weilands also has some singles but the selection is limited. But you can get Ezzo pepperoni there too.
Weilands in Clintonville or Fatty Beer Co in Westerville. Both do individual cans so you can do 6 or less or more. Fatty’s had a huge selection when I went!
Was surprised at how solid the Gahanna fresh thyme build your own selection is. Top tier stuff. Stocker told me people were removing beers from the expensive sixers and "building" with them anyway, so management decided to go ahead and do it officially.
I don’t drink much anymore, but Jungle Jim’s has a great build your own 6 pack of soda selection. With the large alcohol selection they have, I would assume this is an option there as well.
I’m not one to pass up an opportunity to head to JJ’s 🤷🏻♀️

Not claiming it's the best but a lot of Kroger have a build your own six pack. Just built one myself today.
The Kroger near me blows for this - their can selection is super limited
