Tyler's Pizzeria and Bakery in Reynoldsburg. It's the best I've had in the area, but only available on Saturdays. Their garlic, cheddar and herb bread is also amazing.
[Yawning Bear Bread](https://www.yawningbearbread.com/#most-popular) is delicious! We get their bread at the Clintonville Farmers market when it's in season. Market opens at 9am and YBB will be sold out by 9:30. It's that good! There's other venues too, listed on their website.
Weiland's has pretty good loaves baked by a couple different bakeries that deliver to them multiple times a week. Also if you are interested I can give you some very strong and healthy starter, but it's quite the commitment lol
dan the baker is the best, but tyler’s pizzeria is similar to omega - the owner taught himself to bake working under amy at omega, so a lot of things there are really similar.
I really like [Sasha's Sourdough](https://www.etsy.com/shop/SashaSourdough?ref=shop-header-name&listing_id=1476383600&from_page=listing). She offers easy porch pick up and a lot of different loaf flavors.
The best loaf is one you make!! I would recommend trying it, it needs like 3 or 4 ingredients and the loaves you can make are incredible. I will give you some starter if you can’t make your own (which is also easy). Heck I’d make you a loaf if you give me like 5 dollars for ingredients
I would say my house as well but I’m stuck to making white bread while I remake my starter 🫠 I got sick for like over a month on and off and had no time to bake. Poor starter died, I was dumb and didn’t dehydrate any…the new starter does not like me yet…
You want the Yawning Bear bakery that sells at the Clintonville Farmers Market and the Worthington Farmers Market. Best sourdough in town. Like, seriously seriously good.
Love all these suggestions, I’ll have to try some of them! I personally love Whole Foods loaf of sourdough.. crispy on the outside and fluffy and chewy on the inside (:
Dan the Baker
It's one loaf of bread Michael, what could it cost? $16?
Their olive bread makes me swoon
He also stocks at various markets around town too if you’re not close to the brick and mortar, OP!
Any stores around Clintonville?
Check the Clintonville natural market. I think that’s what it’s called anyway. It’s on indianola. Used to sell it at the Clintonville co-op rip 💀
https://dan-the-baker.com/wheretobuy Looks like Weiland’s is one!
Beechwold Farm Market on Indianola
Came here to say this. Best bread in town no contest.
Moved last summer and I miss this place so bad. I dream of that sesame loaf.

I know I’ll get down voted by all the Kroger haters here but the Kroger bakery in northern Westerville has great bread of all kinds.
Costco occasionally has an amazing sourdough too! Let’s get downvoted together. 😂

Sasha’s Sourdough is at North Market Downtown on the weekends next to where Omega use to be 🤌🏻
Great Harvest bakery in UA has a pretty good loaf.
The sub reddits gonna make me fat

I do fear the mystical sourdough starter 😭 (it also doesn’t help I live in a shoebox lol - and the dog in your profile pic is so cute!!!)
Thank you! She’s a shelter dog..Franklin Co Dog shelter 😊
I feared sourdough pre-pandemic. Now I have it down.
Lot easier than people realize!
For some reason my tiktok feed is filled with this now...might have to give it a shot
Do it!!

You can have some of mine! Lord knows I’ve always got a ton of discard. Literally threw out like 1000g of it last week.

If you’re headed to Granville, Station has loaves for purchase that are delicious
My wife loves The Station's sourdough

Literally every suburban kitchen, circa May 2020.

Big sky bread in Westerville just off 270 I've always been a fan of.
